Claims (1)
- モールドの内側にはめ合うシール部材がロツド
の先端部に取り付けられたダミーバーにおいて、
分離板、弾性を有する耐火材よりなる第１シール
板、柔軟な耐熱材よりなる第２シール板および冷
却板がロツド先端側より順次互いに密着するよう
にしてロツド先端に取り付けられており、第１シ
ール板および第２シール板のモールド内への挿入
前の外径が、モールド内へ挿入されたときに内径
方向に圧縮されてこれらシール板の外周面がモー
ルド内周面に密着可能な程度に大きいことを特徴
とする水平連続鋳造用ダミーバー。
