Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液透過性の表面層と液不透過性の防漏層と
    の間に液吸収性の吸収層を介装したものに於て、
    この吸収層の外周にサイドフラツプおよびエンド
    フラツプを突設し、このサイドフラツプ又は及び
    エンドフラツプの表面に、幅方向に一定間隔を介
    して接着部を一対形成し、この一体の接着部間よ
    りも幅広の伸縮性の帯状ギヤザーを、幅方向の両
    側で接着部に固定し、この帯状ギヤザーに１本以
    上の弾性部材を介装し、幅方向の中央部を各フラ
    ツプに非固定状態とする事により、帯状ギヤザー
    を弧状に突出してサイドフラツプ又は及びエンド
    フラツプの長さ方向に平行に形成した事を特徴と
    する使捨ておむつ。 (2) サイドフラツプ又は及びエンドフラツプは
    、表面層と防漏層とを吸収層よりも外方に延長突
    出して形成した事を特徴とする請求項１記載の使
    捨ておむつ。 (3) サイドフラツプ又は及びエンドフラツプは
    、吸収層よりも外方に延長突出する防漏層と、こ
    の突出した防漏層の表面を被覆する撥水性の不織
    布片とから形成した事を特徴とする請求項１記載
    の使捨ておむつ。 (4) 弾性部材は、複数本設け、帯状ギヤザーへ
    の装着状態に於て中央方向に設けた弾性部材の復
    元力を両側方向に設けた弾性部材よりも強くした
    事を特徴とする請求項１記載の使捨ておむつ。 (5) 帯状ギヤザーは、長さ方向の両端に折返辺
    を設け、この折返辺を対向する内側に折曲して各
    フラツプの表面に固定した事を特徴とする請求項
    １記載の使捨ておむつ。 (6) 帯状ギヤザーは、長さ方向の両端に折返辺
    を設け、この折返片を、帯状ギヤバーの長さ方向
    に於て各フラツプの表面に固定した事を特徴とす
    る請求項１記載の使捨ておむつ。 (7) 帯状ギヤザーは、撥水性の不織布により形
    成した被覆片で長さ方向の両端を各フラツプの表
    面に被覆固定した事を特徴とする請求項１記載の
    使捨ておむつ。 (8) 帯状ギヤザーは、サイドフラツプのみに固
    定した事を特徴とする請求項１記載の使捨ておむ
    つ。 (9) 帯状ギヤザーは、撥水性の不織布で形成し
    た事を特徴とする請求項１記載の使捨ておむつ。
