Claims (1)
- 吸着塔に設けた圧力スイツチと、酸素管に設け
た真空ポンプとを具備して成り、前記圧力スイツ
チにより窒素ガス大気放出弁の開時間を制御し、
常に一定圧力状態から真空ポンプにて吸着塔内圧
力を下げて、吸着塔内脱着到達圧力を一定値に保
つよう構成したことを特徴とするガス分離装置の
Ｏ２ガス濃縮装置。
