- シリンダ装置の固定部に設けられ、可動部に対
してスプリング力によりクランプ作動位置へ付勢
されるクランプ部材を備えたロツク機構と、その
クランプ部材を流体圧により前記スプリング力に
抗してアンクランプ作動位置へ押し戻すアクチユ
エータとを含み、前記シリンダ装置駆動用流体の
供給作動とアクチユエータ駆動用流体の供給作動
とを同調可能として成るロツク機構付きシリンダ
装置。
