4bを備え、前記ペダル5は一方向回動時に前記
一端部が前記弾性板4の膨出部4aの外側に重な
つてこれを内方へ押圧可能とされると共に、膨出
部4aとの重合時に外側が前記脚2の内側に当接
可能とされ、またペダル5の他端側には、一端が
前記弾性板4の膨出部4aに重合時に前記係合部
に弾圧係合する対応係合部5aを備える構成を採

膨出部4aの外側に重なつてこれを内方へ押圧可
能とされると共に、膨出部4aとの重合時に外側
が前記脚2の内側に当接可能とされ、またペダル
5の他端側には、一端が前記弾性板4の膨出部4
aに重合時に前記係合部に弾圧係合する対応係合
部5aを備える構成を採用したため、弾性樹脂製
のブレーキパツド6と車輪3との摩擦が大きく、
確実なブレーキ作用を行うことが出来、またブレ
ーキ動作時にペダル5の一端側面が脚2の内側面
に当接することにより両者が協働して大きな力で
ブレーキパツド6を車輪に圧接させ、また反力を

によりブレーキング状態を確実に保持することが
出来るという効果を有する。
