【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、倉庫等に据え付けられるラツクの荷
収納区画の底部に配設される左右一対の荷受台、
特に縦断面コの字形の荷受台であつて、下側板部
を上側板部よりも内方に突出させて荷滑動支持部
とした荷受台の構造に関するものである。 (従来の技術及びその問題点) 第1図乃至第3図に示すように、ラツクの各荷
収納区画1には、その底部に左右一対の荷受台2
が架設される。これら荷受台2は、上側板部3、
垂直板部4、及び前記上側板部3の内側縁3aよ
りも内方に突出する幅広の下側板部5を備えた縦
断面コの字形の鋼材から構成され、前記下側板部
5の上側板部内側縁3aよりも内方に突出する部
分は荷滑動支持部6となり、この荷滑動支持部6
の前端には斜め下方に傾斜する荷案内部7が一体
に連設されている。又、上側板部内側縁3aの前
端近傍部は外広がりに傾斜せしめられ、荷案内用
側縁部3bとなつている。8a,8bは、荷収納
区画1の左右両側に立設された前後一対のラツク
支柱であつて、前記荷受台2はこのラツク支柱8
a,8bの内側面に当接する前記垂直板部4に於
いて適当な手段により固着される。 上記のような構成の荷受台2に於いて、従来は
第4図に示すように前記下側板部5の荷滑動支持
部6を覆うプラステイツク製滑り材9と前記上側
板部3の内側縁3aよりも若干内側に張り出すプ
ラステイツク製滑り材10とを使用し、滑り材9
は下側板部5の上面にビスやリベツト等の固定具
11により固定し、滑り材10は上側板3の下側
面にビスやリベツト等の固定具12により固定し
ていた。 このような従来の構成では、各滑り材9,10
が帯状単板であるためにこれら滑り材9,10を
固定する固定具11,12のピツチを小さくしな
ければならず、2枚の滑り材9,10を各別に取
り付けなければならない点と相俟つて、滑り材の

るラツクの荷受台構造を提案するものであつて、
その特徴は、前記縦断面コの字形荷受台の下側板
部と上側板部との間に縦断面コの字形のプラステ
イツク製滑り材を嵌合して前記荷滑動支持部を当
該滑り材で覆うと共に、前記上側板部の内側縁よ
りも前記滑り材を若干突出させて荷スライドガイ
ド部を形成し、この滑り材と前記荷受台とを、両
者の垂直板部に於いて結合具により結合した点に
ある。 (実施例) 以下に本考案の一実施例を第5図乃至第8図に
基づいて説明すると、前記荷受台2に於ける上側
板部3と下側板部5との間に縦断面コの字形のプ
ラステイツク製滑り材13を嵌合し、前記荷滑動
支持部6を当該滑り材13の下側部14で覆うと
共に、前記上側板部3の内側縁3a及び荷案内用
側縁部3bよりも前記滑り材13の上側板部15
を若干突出させて荷スライドガイド部16を形成
し、この滑り材13と前記荷受台2とを、両者の
垂直板部17,4に於いてビスやリベツト等の結
合具18により結合している。 尚、前記滑り材13は、荷受台2の斜め下方に
傾斜する荷案内部7の上面にも重なる部分19
と、当該荷案内部7の前縁に嵌合するUターン部
20とを備えている。又、第8図に示すように垂
直板部17に対して上下両側板部15,14を外
広がりに傾斜するように成形しておき、この上下
両側板部15,14を弾性に抗して内側に変形さ
せた状態で荷受台2に嵌合させるように構成すれ
ば、荷受台2に滑り材13を密着状態で取り付け
ることが出来る。 荷収納区画1に収納される荷(金属ケース)
は、その底面の両側辺が左右一対の荷受台2に於
ける荷滑動支持部6をカバーする滑り材13(下
側板部14)上を滑動する。そしてこのとき荷の
側面が前記荷受台2に於ける上側板部内側縁3a
よりも突出する滑り材上側板部15の内側縁、即
ち荷スライドガイド部16に摺接することによ
り、荷の位置及び姿勢が矯正される。 尚、図面ではラツク支柱8a,8bの片側にの
み荷受台2が取り付けられているが、実際には当
該支柱8a,8bの反対側にも、隣接する荷収納
区画に於ける荷受台が取り付けられる。 (考案の作用及び効果) 以上のように実施し得る本考案の荷受台構造に
よれば、荷受台に取り付ける滑り材が従来の2部
