However, in order to manufacture such a side wall body, at least one of the face plates is provided.
Processing corresponding to a relatively complicated shape such as a peripheral portion or a corner portion must be performed. For this reason, it becomes impossible to use a thick sheet metal material, and there arises a problem that it is difficult to provide a nail or a shelf receiving portion formed by sheet metal processing with sufficient strength. In particular, since the claws are often provided offset on the same surface as the outer surface plate of the side wall body in order to prevent the entire shelf from protruding laterally from the left and right hook holes, the load easily acts as bending stress, The problem of easy deformation due to insufficient strength occurs. On the other hand, resin parts and the like are often used for the treatment of corner portions, etc., which are difficult to cope with simply by reducing the thickness of the face plate, and reinforcement between the face plates to compensate for insufficient strength. It is customary to hold a crosspiece or a urethane foam for preventing depression. For this reason, there is a problem that the total number of parts increases, which leads to an increase in the number of manufacturing steps, weight, cost and the like. Furthermore, the conventional one has a problem that the paint is easily peeled off or damaged due to the metal contact between the shelf plate and the side wall body by repeatedly attaching and detaching the shelf plate, and furthermore, a predetermined accuracy cannot be obtained by sheet metal processing. In many cases, there is a problem that rattling easily occurs between the shelf and the side wall.

With such a structure, the core material is covered.
Since it is separate from the shelf, the core material alone can be made thick without affecting the appearance of the shelf, and the nails and the like can have strength. On the other hand, since the cover is made of a synthetic resin and can be molded freely, it is possible to cope with complicated molding such as a corner without using auxiliary parts. Furthermore, since synthetic resin is lighter in weight than sheet metal, it is easy to secure the thickness necessary to prevent sticking. for that reason,
It is not always necessary to have a reinforcing bar, urethane foam, etc., which increase the number of parts, the number of manufacturing steps, the weight, etc. inside. In addition, since both sides of the shelf are pressed against the inner cover made of synthetic resin, even if the shelf is repeatedly attached and detached, the paint on each part will come off or be damaged due to the contact between metals. Is reduced, and
If the mounting state of the shelf is improved by utilizing the elasticity of the inner cover, it is possible to reduce the play between the shelf and the side wall.

In such a shelf, the core 1 is covered
Since the core 1 is made thick without affecting the appearance of the shelf, the claws 12 and the bent pieces 13 can be made rigid without affecting the appearance of the shelf. As a result, the supporting strength of the shelf can be reliably improved. On the other hand,
Since 2 and 3 are made of synthetic resin, they can be molded freely. For this reason, it is possible to easily cope with complicated shapes without using auxiliary parts. Moreover, since synthetic resin is lighter in weight than sheet metal, it can be easily made thicker, and a reinforcing bar or the like is provided inside. The necessity of holding urethane foam or the like is reduced. For these reasons, it is possible to reduce the number of parts of the entire shelf and to reduce the number of manufacturing steps, cost, weight, and the like. Further, the shelf plate 5 is attached to and detached from the gap between the bent piece 13 and the inner surface cover-3. For this reason, it is possible to prevent rattling at the time of mounting by utilizing the elastic deformation of the inner cover 3, and since the inner cover 3 is made of a synthetic resin, the metal between the inner panel 3 and the shelf plate 5 is formed. Contact can be avoided, and paint peeling or the like that impairs the appearance can be prevented. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the raised portion 21g,
Since the inner periphery of the opening 31g is open and the opening can be used as a handle, the shelf can be easily attached to and detached from the hook hole 61, and the convenience of handling can be improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the core material is provided separately from the cover, the core material is made thicker without affecting the appearance of the shelf, and the nails and A rigidity can be imparted to the shelf receiving portion and the like. As a result, the supporting strength of the shelf can be reliably improved. On the other hand, since the cover is made of a synthetic resin, molding is free. For this reason,
Complex shapes can be easily handled without using auxiliary parts. In addition, since synthetic resin is lighter and more easily thicker than sheet metal, reinforcing The necessity of holding urethane foam or the like is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of parts of the entire shelf and to reduce the number of manufacturing steps, cost, and weight. Further, since the shelf is pressed against the inner cover made of synthetic resin, the degree of adhesion is enhanced by utilizing the elastic deformation of the inner cover, so that there is a play between the shelf and the side wall. Can be reduced. Furthermore, since the inner panel is made of a synthetic resin, metal friction between at least the shelf and the inner panel can be avoided when the shelf is attached or detached, thereby preventing the occurrence of paint peeling, scratches, etc. which impair the appearance. It becomes possible. Also, the facing surfaces of both covers
Each of which has an annular raised portion, and
The provided engaging parts are uneven at positions avoiding the face plate part of the core material.
If they are engaged, shift the position between the covers.
It can be effectively prevented. In this case,
By forming a through window on the side, the use value of the raised part can be increased
Handling convenience can be improved. In addition,
Is fitted through the hole provided in the face plate of the core material.
And one of the raised portions is engaged with the periphery of the hole at the penetrating position.
If the stopper is provided, both covers can be easily attached to the core material.
You can simply position it. Furthermore, the shelf receiving part is integrated with the core material
Between the bent piece and the inner surface cover.
With the side frame of the shelf board fitted from above
Parts can be reduced without using a separate shelf receiver.
You. Also, bend the claw portion of the core with respect to the face plate portion,
Make the hook that engages with the hook hole almost flush with the outer cover.
If it is arranged on the shelf, the entire shelf
Can be installed without projecting sideways from the hole
You.
