【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は自動車のボデーパネルと内装材の中
間に挿入されるアスフアルトを含む発泡体シート
による防音材の改良に関する。特にフロアパネル
とフロアカーペツトの中間に挿入される防音材の

アスフアルトを含浸させたウレタンフオームあ
るいはアスフアルト自身からなる発泡体シートを
ボデーパネルと内装材の中間に挿入した場合、従
来のフエルト類と比較してパネルに対する良好な
ダンピング性を有し、かつ音響エネルギーの吸収
性が優れることから優れた防音性が得られること
は知られている。この発泡体シートはフロアパネ
ルとフロアカーペツトの中間に従来のフエルトに
替えて挿入するに好適なものである。しかしなが
らこの発泡体シートはアスフアルトを含んでいる
ことから使用時、あるいはボデーパネルに組付け
られるまでの輸送時または保管時にアスフアルト
が滲み出て来て他の部品・カーペツト等を汚染す
る恐れが常に存在した。このことはアスフアルト
の針入度等の値を変えることによりある程度改善

本考案ではアスフアルトを含む発泡体シートの
表面に合成樹脂エマルジヨンあるいはラテツクス

により上の目的を達成した。以下本考案の内容を

が好ましかつた。多過ぎる塗布量は発泡体シート
のダンピング性能を大幅に低下させた。また少な
過ぎた場合は汚れ防止の効果がなかつた。合成樹
脂皮膜１ａは必要に応じて発泡体シートの片面あ
るいは両面に設ける。例えば第２図に示すフロア
パネルとフロアカーペツトの中間にアスフアルト
を含んだ発泡体シートが挿入される場合はあらか
じめフロアカーペツト２，フエルト３および発泡
体シート１が積層された形態にされてからボデー
に組付けられるのでフロアパネル側のみに合成樹
脂皮膜を設ければ良い。またフロアカーペツト２
と発泡体シート１が別々に組み付けられる場合は
発泡体シート１の両面に合成樹脂皮膜を設けても

等で塗布した後乾燥するだけで良いのでその加工
が容易である。さらにその合成樹脂皮膜の塗布量
は固型分で１m2あたり50gから200gであるのでア
スフアルトを含む発泡体シートの優れたダンピン
グ性・音響エネルギーの吸収性の劣化を最小に防
