できる。 An embodiment of a siding board with a humidity control function (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a main body of metal plates (color iron plate, galvanized iron plate, aluminum plate,
A hard material such as a stainless steel plate or a synthetic resin plate is formed to have a concave cross section. Reference numeral 2 denotes a male type connecting portion, which protrudes one end edge of the main body 1 outward to form an insertion edge 3, and 4 represents a female type connection portion, into which the insertion edge 3 is inserted into the other end edge of the main body 1. In order to do this, an insertion groove 5 whose cross section is bent and formed in a U-shape or U-shape, etc., and its edge 6 are extended and protruded outward, and are provided along the main body 1 as necessary along the way. It is composed of an extension part 9 having a protrusion 7 and a tongue piece 8. Note that the tongue piece 8 forms the edge of the extension part 9 in a shape such as an inverted U-shape, a hook-shape, or a cross section.
It is formed in a semicircular shape to prevent the edge of the extension part 9 from becoming cutter-like, ensuring safety during construction, and also providing a heat insulating material 10, which will be described later, when the boards are connected.
This is useful for preventing the blade-like edge from coming into contact with the back surface of the heat insulating material 10 and damaging the heat insulating material 10. 10
is a heat insulating material that is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the main body 1, for example. The heat insulating material 10 is made of materials such as glass wool, rock wool, polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam (closed and open cells), phenol foam, urea foam, epoxy foam, imido foam, polystyrene foam, and vinyl chloride foam. In the case of filling a synthetic resin material as the heat insulating material 10, either a molded body is used, or the raw material is sprayed onto the back surface of the main body 1 and then discharged to form a board all at once. Preferably the latter. 1
1 is a sheet-like material that is flexible and made of a material that functions as a waterproof layer. Specifically, it is made of waterproof kraft paper, asbestos paper, asphalt felt, synthetic resin film or sheet, metal foil (Pb, Al, Fe, Cu), or a laminate of one or more of these. The water-absorbing material 12 mainly uses a water-absorbing polymer that absorbs water vapor to some extent and has a water-absorbing function. This water-absorbing material 12 is made of, for example, an ionic super-water-absorbing resin that has a water-absorbing function of several hundred to 1,000 times its own weight. The specific composition of this super absorbent resin is as follows:
These include synthetic polymers (polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylate, polyamide, etc.), starch, cellulose, etc. In addition, this water-absorbing material 12 can be coated and adhered to the entire exposed surface of the sheet-like material 11 in a dotted manner, or can be dotted only in a certain partial area as shown in FIGS. 2a and b. It is something that adheres to. To explain further, the water absorbing material 12 is
It is used to keep the humidity within the wall almost constant when the board is installed, and is used to prevent corrosion of the main pillars and studs due to moisture, deformation and cracking due to dryness, and to prevent the humidity inside the wall of glass wool, rock wool, etc. This is to prevent the insulation material from absorbing moisture and falling. Note that the volume of the water-absorbing material 12 increases as it absorbs water. For this reason, water absorbing material 1
2 is to be attached in dots so as not to cause deformation of the board due to an increase in volume. In other words, the effect of the increase in the volume of the water-absorbing material 12 is made partial, one by one, so that the total amount of the water-absorbing material 12 does not affect the board, such as deformation. Furthermore, the amount of water absorbing material 12 applied is as follows:
The amount can be set to any desired amount depending on the water absorption function of the water absorbing polymer material and the humidity of the area where the board is used.

可能である。 What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and as shown in FIG. The water-absorbing material 12 can also be attached to the body. Although not shown, it is also possible to attach a foamed sheet made of synthetic resin to the exposed water surface of the sheet-like material 11, and to impregnate and dot the granular water-absorbing material 12 on this foamed sheet.

がある。 As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
The water-absorbing material appropriately absorbs humidity or condensed water within the wall, preventing corrosion of sheet materials and other constituent materials, and also controls the humidity of the internal air to prevent deformation of these components and deterioration of insulation properties. There are features that can be prevented.
