In recent years, with the improvement of product packaging technology, the development of packaging films, especially packaging bags made from composite films, has become active, and a wide variety of packaging bags are now available that are tailored to the characteristics of each product. I've reached it.

Conventionally, the development of these packaging bags has focused primarily on packaging processability, sealability, and other aspects of packaging technology, and product quality maintenance.

As is well known, this type of packaging bag is mechanically processed during packaging, so tearability and cutting direction are not much of a problem, but at the consumption stage, it is generally opened by hand. Therefore, being able to tear easily is an extremely important condition.

In particular, in the case of packaging bags for food and medicine, it is necessary to open each bag before use, so it is important to be able to easily tear and open the bags with your fingertips.

Furthermore, it is desired that this type of packaging bag has the above-mentioned tearability as well as the ability to tear in a straight direction, but in a fixed direction. Especially when the contents are liquid, powder, or granular, if the cutting direction is not consistent, there is a risk that the cut end will cover the entire bag and overflow, and care must be taken when opening the bag by hand.

Therefore, studies have been carried out on the above-mentioned tearability and cutting direction, but since these packaging bags are made continuously by polymerizing long composite films using continuous automatic filling and bag making machines, etc. As shown in Figure 6, since the cutting direction is parallel to the sides of the packaging bag, there is a risk that the cut will extend across the entire width and the contents will overflow, so it is not suitable for the purpose of the packaging bag. It is desirable to be able to cut the corner portion straight in an oblique direction so that an opening with a predetermined width can be selected according to the desired width, but it is poor in bag manufacturing efficiency and economy, as it may result in edge lengths.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted extensive research in view of the above-mentioned points, and have developed a composite film in which a uniaxially stretched film and a sealant layer are layered on a base sheet such as aluminum foil or paper, with the sealant layer facing each other. , and the sealant layer is polymerized so that the stretching directions are the same, and the sealant layer is welded to form a parallelogram bag shape with the stretching direction perpendicular to one side, thereby achieving the desired tearability and We have discovered that it is possible to obtain directional cutting, and have completed a packaging bag that has excellent opening properties and is suitable for packaging light or relatively heavy items.

Embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail below. FIG. 1 is a front view of an embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the same, and FIG. The middle 1 is a base sheet such as aluminum foil or paper sheet, and it is preferable to use a sheet with relatively low elongation in order to improve tearability and cutting direction, which will be described later. In addition, in the uniaxially stretched film, the stretching ratio is 6
If it is less than 20 times, sufficient molecular orientation cannot be obtained and it will not be possible to cut in a straight line when tearing along the stretching direction. On the other hand, if it is more than 20 times, it will not only be difficult to stretch but also Heat seal strength decreases. In addition, if the thickness is less than 10μ, the heat sealing strength will be poor, and the cutting direction will not be imparted and the influence will be lost.If the thickness is more than 100μ, the workability and economy during heat sealing will be poor. This would defeat the purpose of the present invention.

As is clear from the above, the packaging bag of the present invention is a composite film formed by layering a uniaxially stretched film and a sealant layer on a base sheet such as aluminum foil or paper, and the sealant layer faces each other and the stretching directions are different from each other. The above-mentioned sealant layer is polymerized so as to coincide with each other, and the above-mentioned sealant layer is welded to form a parallelogram bag shape with the stretching direction perpendicular to one side. It can be torn, and furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the width of this opening can be freely selected depending on the purpose, so when the package is opened with a fingertip, a part of the cut end gets in the way unlike conventional products. Moreover, there is no inconvenience such as the contents spilling out due to the cut being too large, and as shown in Figs. It is extremely convenient for forming bags, such as superior bag-making efficiency and economical efficiency because there is no end length even though bags are made by hand, and can be mass-produced using automatic packaging machines. It is preferred for packaging certain fillings.
