本考案は、可動溶銑容器から連続鋳銑機へ給湯
する際に発生する煤煙を捕集する集塵装置に関す
るものである。

遊拡散し、その周辺の環境を甚しく損い、鋳銑と

しく悪くするものである。これを改善するため実
公昭55−23727号記載の集煙フードが提案されて
いるが、下記に示すような問題点がある。

出湯口2から受銑樋6を経て分岐樋7に至る連
続式鋳銑機3の直上に覆い被さるように本考案の
集煙フード17を、特に受銑設備を跨ぎかつ可動
溶銑容器1の移動経路に交差して敷設したレール
12に案内されて進退する門形の移動台車8に搭
載するものである。
本考案の集煙装置は、可動溶銑容器1の給湯口
2及び受銑樋6を覆い、上方に排気口9を設け、
また可動溶銑容器1側をその容器1の形状に合わ
せて切欠いて前部を開放とした三方囲いの集煙フ
ード17、その集煙フード17の切欠いた両側面
に可動溶銑容器1の形状に合わせて固着したワイ
ヤブラシ13、その集煙フード17の端に吊下げ
て固着した鎖のれん15、集煙フード17の内面
に接着した耐火材料16、更に集煙フード17に
より捕集した煤煙を集塵装置21に導くための可
動排気ダクト9、及びこの可動排気ダクト9と固
定排気ダクト19を接続する継手23から構成さ
れる。
可動溶銑容器1はその移動経路すなわちレール
24に沿つて可動とし、その給湯口2を受銑樋6
の直上に位置させて傾注を開始しようとすると
き、モータ10によつて門形の移動台車8を第1
図に示す如く集煙フード17が可動溶銑容器1に
密着した状態で、可動溶銑容器1を傾動して注湯
する。このとき給湯口2及び受銑樋6から発生す
る煤煙は、その上昇気流によつて集煙フード17
内を上昇し、上部の排気口に達した後、排風機2
0により吸引され、可動排気ダクト9及び固定排
気ダクト19を介して集塵機21に導かれ集塵さ
れた後、清浄ガスとなつて排突22から大気へ放
出される。受銑設備である受銑樋6及び分岐樋7
を取り替える際には注湯を中止し、モータ10を
駆動し、門形の移動台車8をクレーン操作の邪魔
にならないところへ待避させることができる。
