The invention discloses a ventilation and dust removal method suitable for a shakeout machine, which is realized by a movable closed cover ventilation and dust removal device comprising a collecting cover, a dust removal unit and a pipeline unit, and specifically comprises the following steps: before the shakeout machine vibrates, enabling the door-shaped movable cover to be at a first position; then, enabling the door-shaped movable cover to be at a second position, lowering the movable door, and covering the shakeout machine cage in the collecting cover; then, starting a fan, waiting for vibration of the shakeout machine, enabling dust-containing smoke in the trapping cover to enter a first dust remover when molding sand is scattered, enabling the dust-containing smoke to enter an outlet pipe of the fan through the fan, enabling most of air flow in the dust-containing smoke to return to the trapping cover through a circulating air pipe, and blowing out the air flow through air exhaust holes of the left branch pipe and the right branch pipe to form an air curtain; in addition, a small part of air flow enters the second dust remover along an outlet pipe of the fan, and is discharged after reaching the standard through the emptying pipe after further dust removal and purification. The duct unit is installed between each equipment of collection cover and above-mentioned dust removal unit, and it includes: a collecting pipe 501 having one end connected to the fixed door 104 and the other end connected to an inlet of the first dust collector 2; a fan inlet pipe 502 having one end connected to the outlet of the first dust collector 2 and the other end connected to the inlet of the fan 4; a fan outlet pipe 503 having one end connected to the outlet of the fan 4 and the other end connected to the inlet of the second dust collector 3; a circulating air pipe 504 is communicated with an outlet pipe 503 of the fan, the other end of the circulating air pipe 504 is connected with a left branch pipe 505 and a right branch pipe 506 which are arranged in parallel, the left branch pipe 505 and the right branch pipe 506 are positioned above the collecting pipe 501, both of the left branch pipe 505 and the right branch pipe 506 pass through a through hole on the fixed door 104 to enter the collecting cover, extend to one end of the movable door 105 along the top of the collecting cover, and bend downwards when reaching the vicinity of the movable door 105, and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the movable door 105, exhaust holes 507 for forming air curtains are respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the left branch pipe 505 and the right branch pipe 506 at the section (namely the tail end), and the air curtains formed by the exhaust holes 507 are positioned at the inner side of the movable door 105 and are arranged in parallel with the movable door 105; in order to match the movement of the door-shaped movable cover 102, telescopic joints 508 are arranged on the left branch pipe 505 and the right branch pipe 506, and the tail sections of the pipelines are fixed on the door-shaped movable cover 102. In addition, an evacuation pipe 509 communicating with the outside environment is installed at the outlet of the second dust collector 3.
The ventilation and dust removal method comprises the following steps:
before the shakeout machine vibrates, the door-shaped movable cover 102 is completely sleeved in the door-shaped fixed cover 101 in a stacking manner, so that the capture cover is positioned outside the shakeout machine (namely, a first position) and does not influence the normal work of the shakeout machine; immediately before the sand collapse starts, the movable door 102 is quickly pulled out of the fixed door 101 and the movable door 105 is lowered to cover the shakeout cage in the trap cover (i.e., the second position). Then, the fan 4 is started, after the shakeout machine vibrates, when the molding sand collapses, the dust-containing smoke in the trapping cover enters the first dust remover 2 along the trapping pipe 501 for dust removal, then enters the fan 4 through the fan inlet pipe 502, and is divided into two paths at the outlet of the fan 4, wherein most of the airflow returns to the trapping cover along the circulating air pipe 504, namely is blown out from the air exhaust holes 507 of the left branch pipe 505 and the right branch pipe 506 to form an air curtain parallel to the movable door 105, and the dust-containing smoke in the trapping cover is blocked from escaping, so that the dust-containing smoke flows towards the direction of the trapping pipe 501; and the other part of the gas at the outlet of the fan 4 enters the second dust remover 3 along the outlet pipe 503 of the fan, and is discharged after reaching the standard through the emptying pipe 509 after further dust removal and purification.
