考案が解決しようとする問題点
上記金型においては、成形後に金型を開いたと
き、成形品がキヤビテイ4に残らず可動側金型2
に付着して取出されてしまうことがあり、成形品
の自動取出しを困難にしている。また、突き出し
ピン3を突出させキヤビテイ4内の成形品を突き
出すとき、振動によつて突き出しピン3が若干回
転して、成形品の横ずれを生じたり、複数の突き
出しピンの一部が成形品に当接せず成形品の歪み

問題点を解決するための手段
上記目的を達成するために、本考案は、第2図
で説明したような射出成形金型において、突き出
しピン3の金形部材を貫通する部分の横断面形状
を角のある形状とする。例えば、第1図aに示す
ように三角形としり、同bに示すように四角形と
する。そして、突き出しピン3が貫通する金型部
材の貫通穴断面形状を突き出しピン横断面形状と
嵌合する形状とする。さらに、突き出しピン3の
先端を、成形時においてキヤビテイ4の底面から
若干突出させたものである。突出高さは0.1〜0.2

ときに成形品をキヤビテイ内に確実に残るようし
て、突き出しピンによる成形品の良好な取出しを
