その一例を第4図乃至第6図に示す。図におい
て、1はキヤビテイ側である固定型2はコア側で
ある移動型である。3は固定型1と移動型2の間
に成形される成形品で、内部には型開き方向に関
し深さのあるリブ4を有する。5は移動型2に配
置された突き出しピン支持板で、成形品3の外殻
部の内面を押す突き出しピン6と、リブ4の端面
を押す突き出しピン7と、リターンピン8とを固
定している。突き出しピン7の先端は、第6図に
見られるように、偏平に仕上げられている。型開
きを行い、移動型2が固定型1から離れると、第
5図に示すように固定のロツド9が突き出しピン
支持板5に当たつてこれを相対的に前へ押出し、
突き出しピン6,7が協働して成形品3を移動型
2から突き出すものである。

るということがない。従つて、リブ4の屈曲部の
たわみ傾向も第3図に示すように微小であり、型
離れを妨げることが少ない。
