BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a ground-fixed refueling system used at gasoline refueling stations and the like.

[Prior Art] In such a fixed type refueling device, the root portion of the refueling hose having a nozzle valve at the tip is usually fixed to the upper side of the case, and the length of the refueling hose outside the case is within a certain length by law. Therefore, the refueling area was limited to a circle with the base as the center and the radius of the hose length.

On the other hand, by moving the base support portion of the refueling hose, the refueling range can be expanded compared to the conventional method. For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-38714 discloses a refueling machine in which a horizontally rotating arm rod is provided on the top of the refueling machine body, and a refueling hose is suspended from the tip of the arm rod. As this arm rod rotates, the refueling hose is suspended and its base moves along the outer periphery of the top of the refueling machine body.

[0004] Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-106900, an arm that can pivot around the base end is provided in the housing of the refueling machine, and by supporting the middle of the refueling hose at the tip of this arm, the refueling hose can be removed from the housing. The refueling hose that comes out can be rotated.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However,
The one in Publication No. 38714 has a rotating mechanism outside the main body of the refueling machine, which makes it look unsightly, and the law stipulates that the length of the refueling hose outside the case must be within a certain length. Therefore, the arm rod is also included within this certain length, which does not lead to an expansion of the refueling range. Furthermore, in the device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-106900, although the base end of the rotatable arm and the base end of the refueling hose are close to each other, they are not the same, so the movement of the arm and the refueling hose can be adjusted. This is troublesome, and the refueling hose must be bent significantly above the arm. Accordingly, the housing case requires vertical clearance.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example, to make it easier to carry out refueling work by allowing the root support part of the refueling hose to be moved as much as possible without interfering with other functions, and to achieve this. An object of the present invention is to provide a refueling device that can be operated reliably and has fewer failures by using a cart as a moving mechanism.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention stores oil supply equipment such as a pump motor in a lower case, raises a oil supply pipe, and places its end near the center of the top case. A rotary joint consisting of a double pipe consisting of an outer pipe and an inner pipe that surrounds a column that supports the upper part of the top case is connected to the end of the oil supply pipe, and the outer pipe of this rotary joint is connected to the end of the oil supply pipe. The hose has an inlet that communicates with the end of the oil supply pipe and has an annular groove formed on its outer side, and an inner pipe that is watertightly joined to the outer pipe and is rotatable, and projects from the annular groove of the outer pipe. It has a connecting part and an annular groove corresponding to the inlet of the outer tube is formed on the lower surface, an annular opening is provided around the entire circumference of the edge of the top case, and an annular guide rail is provided along the annular opening, The trolley running on the guide rail holds a joint that connects to the end of the first refueling hose connected to the hose connection part, and a second refueling hose having a nozzle valve at its tip is communicated with the joint. The gist is that the connection was made.

[Operation] According to the present invention, when refueling, if the second refueling hose having a nozzle valve at the tip is pulled by hand, the truck runs on the guide rail, and the joint held by the truck also moves accordingly. Because of the movement, the root support of the second refueling hose in the top case is free to move by that amount.

Next, the usage and operation will be explained as follows.
To refuel, remove the nozzle valve 15 from the nozzle hook 14 and insert it into the vehicle's refueling port, but at this time,
When the hose 5 is pulled by hand, the trolley 23 travels on the guide rail 22, and the joint 20 also moves accordingly, so the root support of the refueling hose 5 in the case 4 can move freely by that amount. . Therefore, the base support part of the refueling hose can freely move horizontally by 360 degrees around the entire circumference of the refueling apparatus 1, and the refueling area regulated by the support part can be expanded to the entire outer periphery of the refueling apparatus 1.

A signal from the nozzle switch 12 that is generated when the nozzle valve 15 is removed is output to the motor 7 and the display meter 11 via the control equipment in the control box 10, and the display meter 11 is returned to zero and the signal for driving the pump is output. The motor 7 is driven and ready for refueling. Therefore, when the nozzle valve 15 is opened, oil is refilled, and the flow rate signal measured by the flow meter 8 and converted into a signal by the pulse transmitter 9 is counted by the control device in the control box 10, and the oil amount is displayed on the display meter 11. be done.
