Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a steel lining tank which is used for a pool for storing used fuel, a storage tank for waste liquid and the like in an atomic power plant and the like and to decrease the construction cost. CONSTITUTION:This structure is constructed of steel-plate concrete. A steel lining 4 comprising a stainless steel plate is welded and stuck to an inner structural steel plate 2. A leakage detecting groove 5 is provided at the welded part of the steel lining 4 and the inner structural steel plate 2. The leakage detecting groove 5 is continuously formed along the welded part of the inner structural steel plate 2.
