Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
イ 産業上の利用分野
本考案はパイプ、棒綱等の収納、搬送のために
使用するパレツト装置に関するものである。
ロ 従来の技術
従来に於てもパイプ、棒綱等の収納、搬送のた
めにU字状パレツトを使用することは実施されて
いる。例えば特公昭56−13436にはU字状のスト
ツクラツクに内方に折曲げた、フツクを備えた懸
垂プレートを取付けたものが提案されている。こ
のストツクラツクは二個のU字状部を適宜連設し
たものである。
然して パレツトは、パイプ等の収納、貯蔵に
広い面積を占めることがないように積層使用する
のが通例であるが、この積層使用に際し、側面部
材の如き狭い部方で上部のストツクラツクを支承
しなければならない。
ハ 解決すべき問題点
この結果、例えば地震等の不時の災害、積載時
の操作ミス、玉掛、吊上げ等によつて滑落、転倒
等の虞れが多分にあり、然るとき周囲の作業者に
危険を及ぼすことになり、安全確保上問題であ
る。従つてパレツトの転倒防止、滑落防止策を講
ずる必要がある。
ニ 問題点を解決するための手段
そこで本考案に於てはパレツト、就中積層時の
パレツトの安定的載置と転倒防止が確実に行なえ
るようにしたものでU字状パレツトの側縁上端に
基部を適宜高さ、筒状に形成したフツクを突出さ
せると共に、適宜数の係合孔を穿設する一方、フ
ツクの係合溝に上下動自在に為したレバーの上端
を位置させ、U字状パレツトの側縁下端部に設け
た孔より前記レバーと係合した爪片を出入自在と
為し、前記係合孔に係合離脱自在に設け、更に側
縁下端にはフツクの基部の嵌合部を有する挿通部
を形成させたことを特徴とする。
ホ 実施例
1はU字状パレツトで、基板2とその両端に直
立させた側縁3,3とにより、構成されている。
基板2は適宜の巾に形成した盤体を例示したが、
桁材、肋材等によつて構成してもよい。側縁3
は、その上端の天板4にフツク5を植立固定させ
てある。6は側縁3の下部に形成させた挿通部
で、フツク5の適宜高さ、角筒状等の筒状に形成
した基部5′の嵌合する仕切板19,19、内側
板20、仕切板21により仕切られる嵌合部22
を有し、上方は開放して形成してある。
7はロツク装置で、レバー8とハンガー9及び
爪10により構成される。レバー8はその上端を
中央部に設けた長孔12を側縁3或はフツク5に
固定したボルト13に挿通支承させてあり、(場
合によつては、ボルト13を使用しない構造で、
レバーの上下運動がスムーズに稼動出来る方法で
もよい。)フツク5の係合溝11下端に位置させ、
その下端にはハンガー9の上端を固定してある。
該ハンガー9は二又に分岐させ、その分岐端に
は、爪10を夫々係合してある。爪10は、側縁
3に一端を枢支14させ、中間に設けたピン15
をハンガー9に穿設した長孔16に挿通させ、そ
の下部は側縁3下端に設けた孔17より出入自在
となしてある。18は側縁3の上端に設けた係合
孔で、下端の孔17の対応位置に穿設してある。
次いでその使用方法及び作動について説明すれ
ば、U字状パレツト1,1を適宜間隔に置き、所
望の収納、移動すべきパイプ、鋼材等を差渡し載
置する。常法によりロープ或は吊上杆をフツク5
に係架し、吊上げ所望位置に設置しておく。この
様に一段にて使用することもあるが、多くは更に
その上に二段三段と積み上げて効率よく収納する
のが常である。この二段目以降の積載時には、下
段のU字状パレツト1のフツク5が側縁3の下部
に形成させた挿通部6に嵌合し、その位置定めを
為し旦横方向への動きを阻止する。
又、予めU字状パレツト1の設置場所を定めて
ある場合には、床面にフツク5と同規模の突起を
設けておくことにより一段目から強固に固定され
る。搬送物によつては複数のU字状パレツトを連
結材で連結し、1個のU字状としても使用するこ
とが出来る。
ロツク装置7を設けた場合、ロープ或は吊上杆
をフツク5の係合溝11に係合させる際、レバー
8をも同時に上昇させることになり、その下端に
設けたハンガー9の長孔16に係合したピン15
を介して爪10を回動上昇させ、爪10を側縁3
の孔17より引き込ませ収納させる。床面或は他
の側縁3に載置させるとき、ロープ或は吊上杆を
フツク5から外さんとすれば、レバー8の上端に
対する圧上力はなくなり、自重でレバー8、ハン
ガー9は下降し、爪10を回動させて孔17より
張出させる。然るとき、爪10は下段のU字状パ
レツト1の側縁3上に設けた係合溝18に係合す
る。そのため上下のU字状パレツト1,1はずれ
ることなく係止される。最下段のU字状パレツト
1を設置の際には床面に係合溝を設けておけば、
最下段から安定的に倒れないようにすることが出
来る。
ト 考案の作用効果
上記の如き本考案によれば、U字状パレツトの
側縁上端には夫々フツクを突出させ、更に係合孔
を設けると共に、該側縁上端にはフツクの基部と
嵌合する嵌合部を係合させたので、U字状パレツ
トの積重ね時に、下段のフツクが上段のU字状パ
レツトの側縁部に形成された嵌合部に嵌合して、
その位置定めが出来ると共に、上下のU字状パレ
ツトが係合固定し、その位置ずれ、すべり等を阻
