- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ロータ翼とステータ翼との相対回転により
、あるいはネジ溝部とこれに対向する壁面との相
対回転にり目的空間を真空にする真空ポンプにお
いて、前記翼部あるいはネジ溝部の終端部に直接
対向するように排気口を設けたことを特徴とする
