Abstract

PURPOSE:To check a value of a tension given to a film material easily, and reduce necessary work in installing the film material having a transparency to a beam giving a constant tension to it. CONSTITUTION:An edge part fixing member 22 is installed preliminarily at a predetermined position of an edge part 10 of a film material 3 to be temporarily supported, bolt holes at the other ends 19, 20 of a support arm 11 are inserted through a screw part 44a in a base plate 42, a nut 45 is threaded into the screw part 44a, and the support arm 11 is fixed to the base plate 42. A hook part 33 of a tension applying part 30 is then engaged with an engagement part 16 of the support arm 11, and a hood part 35 of a tension measuring part 31 is engaged with an engagement part 27 of the edge part fixing member 22. A wire winding device is then actuated by instruction of a remote control part 34 to stretch a wire 32, so a predetermined tension is applied to the film material 3. When temporarily supporting to the film material 3 is completed, a channel member and a top rail are installed to complete a work. A construction efficiency can thus be improved much.

[Prior Art] In recent years, for example, in indoor sports facilities such as gymnasiums, natural light has been brought in from the roof surface by using a translucent membrane material as the roof material. As a structure, an air membrane structure is used in which a membrane material made of a glass fiber fabric coated with a resin whose main component is tetrafluoroethylene resin (so-called Teflon resin) is inflated by air pressure.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, with the air membrane structure, the entire inside of the facility must be pressurized, which not only significantly increases the cost of blowing power, but also imposes various restrictions on maintaining the internal pressure. However, it has disadvantages such as the inability to freely provide openings, the impossibility of natural ventilation, and the complicated structure of entrances and exits.

[0004] Therefore, as an alternative to the air membrane structure, the development of a frame membrane structure is being considered, in which a frame is provided on the roof surface and the membrane material is directly attached to it to support the membrane material. This frame membrane structure allows the membrane material to be attached with sufficient airtightness and watertightness.

As explained above, according to the temporary support device for membrane materials of the present invention, support arms can be installed at predetermined intervals on the upper surface of the base plate provided on the upper surface side of the beam over the entire length of the steel beam. A tension applying means for applying tension to the membrane material is disposed between the support arm and the edge of the membrane material that is fixed and extended to the upper surface side of the base plate, and a tension applying means for applying tension to the membrane material is provided in series with the tension applying means. The structure includes a tension measuring means for checking the tension value on the membrane material, and the tension applying means easily and reliably applies tension to the membrane material to temporarily support it while checking the tension on the membrane material by the tension measuring means. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the work required to temporarily support the membrane material, and construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
