し用のカツター部材により切削させる手動用の調
理器に関し、さらに詳しくは野菜類をサイの目状
に切削させる調理器でもつて当該野菜類をジユー
サのように汁状化させるようにしたものである。

間軸を蓋体上の摘みによつて上下させることによ
り上記回転軸を高低速二段に切替えうるようにし
たことを特徴とするのである。

転されることになつて、上記サイの目状とされた
野菜類が極度に細分化されて汁状に変化せしめら
れるのである。

して夫々の刃先5aを回転前方に向けると共に、
鋭角状の逃げ角αを設けた状態で基部が回転軸4
の取付部6に止着されている。

軸設した中間軸14が下段位のとき、次の中間軸
15における大小の歯車ハ,ハ′間の歯が存在し
ない中間部に位置し(第4図甲)、上記中間軸1
4が上段位のとき、中間軸15の小歯車ハに噛合
(第4図乙)するのであり、さらに中間軸15の
大歯車ハ′は次位の中間軸16の小歯車ニに、そ
して中間軸16の大歯車ニ′が前記従動軸12の
従歯車ホに夫々常時噛合した構成とされているの
である。なお第4図甲に示すように、中間軸14
が上段位にあつて大歯車ロ′が中間軸15におけ
る歯車ハ,ハ′間の歯の存在しない部分に位置し
ているとき、上記大歯車ロ′は第1図のように、
従歯車ホに直接噛合して従動軸12により回転軸
4を低速に回転させるのであり、この時、中間軸
16,15は空転することになるのである。ま
た、上記中間軸14の上下二段切替えを行う摘み
17は、第4図甲のように中間軸14を下段位と
するとき、当該摘みを蓋体7上に当接受止させ
(第1図実線)、これを第4図乙のように上段位と
する際、摘み17を上方に引き上げて(第1図鎖
線)、該摘みの下面に設けたストツパ18の下端
を蓋体7に設けた凹み19(第5図参照)に受け

が可能となるので、単一調理器を二用途に使い分
けうるのである。又、本考案は上記歯車機構の切
替えが摘みを引上げることで行いうると共に、汁
状化する場合でも必ずサイの目切削を先行せねば
ならないので、サイの目状か汁状化かの調理の選
択を誤らせる弊害をなくすことができるのであ
る。
