  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 潜像担持体の、曲率のある部分に、転写材を接
    しつつ移動させ、この転写材の背後から、潜像担
    持体のほぼ軸方向に張設した、転写帯電器のチヤ
    ージワイヤで、コロナ放電を行わせることにより
    、潜像担持体上のトナー顕像を転写材に転写し、
    この転写後の転写材の進行方向に設けた一対の定
    着ローラ間に、転写材を通して定着を行うように
    した画像形成装置において、 一対の定着ローラのニツプ部から、前記曲率の
    ある部分のほぼ表面に向けて延ばした、該潜像担
    持体に対する接線と、潜像担持体との接点の直下
    に、前記チヤージワイヤを設けたことを特徴とす
    る画像形成装置。
