【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は従来の原油及
び油の流出等に於て使用するオイルフェンスオイルマッ
ト等については油の完全回収は困難であり、中和剤など
の方法も海水等に含まれた物質による汚染もあり、これ

【課題を解決するための手段】セメント・砂・古紙の調
合の割合に於て先ず古紙と水をパルサ等で攪拌、脱水し
これにセメント砂をコンクリートミキサで練り合せ一定
の型に入れ乾燥する。これを更に削岩機等で粉砕したも
のであり、水の中に油を浮かべその中に油吸着剤を入れ
ると急速に油が吸着する事を発見した。

【発明の効果】以上発明したように本発明を持いた油吸
着剤は海水・湖水等を汚染する事なく、低いコストで油
の回収が可能であり石油コンビナートの事故、船による
海水の汚染、交通運搬に依る事故等広範囲に於ける用途
にも適用できる。

- 【請求項１】 古紙を利用した油吸着剤とセメン・砂
を錬り合せ乾燥し粉砕した油吸着剤 - 【請求項２】 古紙とセメン及び発泡スチロール等廃
材を主として利用した油吸着剤又海上等の油火災を消火
する材料に使用目的とするもの。
