[Background Art] Conventionally, the ridge tile 2, the descending ridge tile 4, and the tomoe tile 5 all had a shape with a stepped portion 11 as shown in FIG. However, as shown in Fig. 8, the roof surface A,
If the slopes of roof surface B and roof surface C are different, ridge tile 2,
The ridge tiles 4, Tomoe tiles 5, etc. will be installed tilted as shown in Figure 9. However, when the construction is performed with the lever tilted like this, there is a problem that the step portion 11 emphasizes the tilt, making it appear tilted, and resulting in a poor appearance. In addition, especially in the case of Tomoe tiles, if the slopes were different, there was a problem that the lower end of the end face plate hanging down from the front end of the Tomoe tile did not fit perfectly with the tile, creating a gap.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to prevent the appearance of the roof from being constructed at an angle even if the slope of the roof surface changes, and to improve the appearance of the roof. It is there to provide a good hip roof intersection structure.

[Disclosure of the invention] The structure of the intersection of the hipped roof of the present invention is such that a ridge tile 2 with a substantially semicircular cross section is arranged on the ridge 1, and a ridge tile 4 with a substantially semicircular cross section is arranged on the adjacent ridge 3. At the intersection between the end of the ridge 1 of the hipped roof and the upper end of the lower ridge 3, a Tomoe tile 5 having a substantially semicircular cross section is installed at the intersection of the ends of the ridge tile 2 and the adjacent lower ridge tile 4. , cut out either side of this Tomoe tile 5 or one of the lower ridge tiles 4, fit the cutout part 6 into the other side which is not cut out, and attach a substantially circular end plate 7 to the front end of the Tomoe tile 5. A lower notch 9 is formed in the lower part of the end plate 7 of this Tomoe tile 5 and cut according to the shape of the tile 8 located between the adjacent ridges 3. It is fitted to the tiles 8 located between the ridges 3, and by adopting such a configuration, the above-mentioned object of the present invention is achieved. That is, in the case of the present invention, by making the ridge tile 2, the descending ridge tile 4, and the Tomoe tile 5 all approximately semicircular in cross section, even if the slopes of each roof surface are different and are installed at an angle, there is no conventional step. It doesn't look tilted like a real thing, and the Tomoe tile 5
Since the end plate 7 at the front end of the Tomoe tile 5 is approximately circular,
Even if the end plate 7 is installed at an angle, the appearance does not appear as if the end plate 7 was installed at an angle, and furthermore, the notch portion 6 is not cut out by cutting out either side of the Tomoe tile 5 or one of the lower ridge tiles 4. Since the lower notch 9 is fitted to the tile 8 located between the adjacent lower ridges 3, the Tomoe tile 5 can be installed without any gap even if the slope of the roof surface is different. It is something that has become familiar.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. A ridge tile 2 having a substantially semicircular cross section is arranged on the ridge 1 of the hipped roof.
Moreover, a ridge tile 4 having a substantially semicircular cross section is arranged on each of the adjacent ridges 3 of the hipped roof. At the intersection between the end of the ridge 1 of this hipped roof and the upper end of the lower ridge 3, a Tomoe tile 5 having a substantially semicircular cross section is located at the intersection of the ends of the ridge tile 2 and the adjacent lower ridge tile 4. is covered. This Tomoe tile 5, which has a substantially semicircular cross section, has a substantially circular end plate 7 hanging from its front end. Tomoe tiles 5
The rear end is placed over the ridge tile 2 and fitted together, but when fitting the Tomoe tile 5 to the ridge tile 4, since the ridge tile 4 is slanted, it is difficult to fit it perfectly. From both sides of Tomoe tile 5 to ridge tile 4
One of the two is cut out to form a notch 6, and this notch 6 is fitted to the other not-cut portion. In this way, the notch 6
By providing these notches 6 and fitting them together, they can be fitted perfectly. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an embodiment is shown in which the upper end of the ridge tile 4 is cut out to provide a notch 6, and in the embodiment shown in FIGS. An embodiment is shown in which cutout portions 6 are provided by cutting out both sides from the lower end side. The shape of each of the cutout portions 6 is cut on site in accordance with the slope of the ridge tile 4. Of course, if the slope is determined in advance, the cutout portion 6 may be cut at the factory. The ridge 3 adjacent to the lower part of the substantially circular end plate 7 provided at the front end of the Tomoe tile 5
A lower notch 9 is cut to match the shape of the tile 8 located between them, and this lower notch 9 is fitted to the tile 8 located between the adjacent ridges 3. This lower notch 9 is determined by the slope of the Tomoe tile 5 determined by the slope of each roof surface, the slope of the roof surface between the lower ridges 3, or the shape of the tile 8 placed on the roof surface between the lower ridges 3. It is cut on-site in accordance with the above. Of course, if these conditions are determined in advance, they may be cut out at the factory. In the hipped roof shown in FIG. 8, if at least one of the roof surfaces A, B, and C has a different slope, the ridge tile 2, the lower ridge tile 4,
At least one of the Tomoe tiles 5 is installed tilted as shown in Fig. 7, but in this case, the cross section is approximately semicircular and there is no stepped part as in the conventional example shown in Fig. 9, so it is necessary to have a rounded shape. There is no significant change in shape, so when viewed from the ground it does not look like it was constructed at an angle. Of course, roof surface A, roof surface B,
When the slope of the roof surface C is the same, the ridge tile 2, the descending ridge tile 4, and the tomoe tile 5 are constructed without tilting. In addition, caulking material 10 is applied to the fitting part of the notch part 6 and the fitting part of the lower notch part 9.
It is a good idea to make it waterproof. As an example, FIG. 4 shows an example in which the fitting portion with the notch portion 6 is waterproofed with a caulking material 10.

[Effect of the invention] As described above, in the present invention, by making the ridge tile, the descending ridge tile, and the Tomoe tile approximately semicircular in cross section, the pitch of each roof surface in the hipped roof is different, and the ridge tile Even if ridge tiles, Tomoe tiles, etc. are installed at an angle, they will not look slanted like conventional tiles with steps, and since the end plate at the front end of the Tomoe tiles is approximately circular, Tomoe tiles can be installed at an angle. Even if the end plate is installed at an angle, it will not look like the end plate was installed at an angle, and in addition, by cutting out either side of the Tomoe tile or one of the lower ridge tiles, the notch part will fit into the other side that is not cut out. Since the lower notch is fitted to the tile located between adjacent ridges, even if the slope of the roof surface is different, the Tomoe tile can be constructed without creating gaps, and as a result, the hipped roof The intersection of the parts fits well and the appearance is improved.
