[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the structure of the eaves of a roof. Specifically, the present invention relates to the structure of the eave of a roof. A rainwater drainage slope 5 is formed on the eave side portion of the upper surface of the horizontal piece 2 of the eaves auxiliary material 1, with the eave side being higher than the ridge side. The height relative to the bottom surface 4a is set to be less than or equal to the thickness of the eaves roof tile 3, and the horizontal piece 2 is placed on the eave edge of the roof base material 6,
This relates to an eaves structure of a roof in which the eaves side part of an eaves roof tile 3 is placed in a mounting recess 4.

Conventionally, for example, when using corrugated roof tiles,
In order to eliminate the gap between the corrugated roof tile and the flat roof base material, an eave auxiliary material 1' having a corrugated upper surface is used as shown in FIG. However, in the past, the eave roof tile 3' was placed on the eave auxiliary material 1', so when viewed from the eaves side, the joint between the eave roof tile 3' and the eave auxiliary material 1' was visible. There were disadvantages in that the appearance was deteriorated due to lack of physical sensation, and gaps were likely to be formed between the eave roof tile 3' and the eave auxiliary material 1', and the function of preventing wind from blowing in and insulating the attic was also reduced.

The present invention has been developed in view of these conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to hide the joint between the eave auxiliary material and the eave roof tile when viewed from the eaves side, thereby enhancing the appearance. To provide a roof eaves structure capable of achieving the desired heat insulating effect of an eaves auxiliary material while not impairing the flow of rainwater from the eaves roof tiles.

以下本考案の実施例を図面に基いて詳述する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the eaves auxiliary material 1 is
The cross section is approximately L-shaped, and a mounting recess 4 deeper than the thickness (height) of the corrugated eaves roof tile 3 is formed in the ridge side portion of the horizontal piece 2. The eaves side portion of the horizontal piece 2 is higher than the mounting recess 4. In this eave side part, the eave side is higher than the ridge side, and a rainwater flowing down slope 5 having an inclination angle (θ) of approximately tanθ=0.2 to 0.4 is formed between the eave side and the flat surface. The height of the starting end of the downward slope 5 relative to the bottom surface 4a of the mounting recess is set to be less than or equal to the thickness of the roof tile 3 at the eaves. As shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal piece 2 of the eaves auxiliary material 1 is placed and fixed on the eave end of the roof base material 6, and the eave side of the eaves roof tile 3 is placed in the mounting recess 4 of the horizontal piece 2. When viewed from the eaves side, the edge of the eaves side roof tile 3 can be hidden. In such a case, rainwater flowing down from the roof tiles 3 at the eaves is drained down the slope 5 without collecting therein. FIG. 5 shows another example, in which a stepped portion 8 for positioning the eaves roof tile 3 is provided. Even with the stepped portion 8 provided in this way, the mounting recess bottom surface 4 at the starting end of the downward slope 5
The height relative to a, that is, the depth of the stepped portion 8 is set to be less than the thickness of the eaves roof tile 3, so as not to impair the flow of rainwater from the eaves roof tile 3.

In summary, in the present invention, a mounting recess deeper than the thickness of the eave roof tile is formed on the ridge side portion of the upper surface of the horizontal piece of the eave auxiliary material having a roughly L-shaped cross section. When the eaves roof tile is placed on the roof and viewed from the eaves side, the eave side tip of the eave roof tile can be hidden.
The joint with the eave auxiliary material can be hidden and the appearance can be enhanced, and there is no gap between the two towards the eaves, allowing the eave auxiliary material to fully perform its original function of insulating the attic. There is an advantage.
In addition, on the eave side part of the upper surface of the horizontal piece of the eaves auxiliary material, a rainwater drainage slope is formed where the eave side is higher than the ridge side. Since the thickness is less than that, even if a mounting recess for mounting the eaves roof tile is provided in the eaves auxiliary material, the flow of rainwater from the eaves roof tile will not be impaired.
