[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of medical patch uses a woven or non-woven fabric such as sfumuslin, cotton cloth, flannel, or raised non-woven fabric, or a thin film as a support, and has an adhesive containing a medicinal ingredient. It is constructed by providing a plaster layer consisting of a material on one side of the support.

[0003] These supports made of woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, or films have good heat retention, breathability, and water absorption properties so that the patch can follow the movements of the body and do not cause discomfort at the application site. The aim is to create a patch that is thin, flexible, and stretchable. Therefore, the support of commercially available patches is made of woven or nonwoven fabric having a bending resistance of about 17 to 28 mm according to JIS L 1005, for example.

The purpose of the present invention is rather the opposite of the above-mentioned aims of conventional medical patches, and is to exert a corset effect to immobilize the affected area, as well as to have a heat-retaining effect, adhesive strength, and medicinal efficacy. Our goal is to provide superior medical patches.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been devised to achieve the above object, and by using a material having specific physical properties as a support, it is possible to achieve the above-mentioned corset effect and other remarkable effects. This was completed after gaining knowledge that it could be used to its full potential.

That is, in a medical patch in which a plaster layer made of an adhesive containing a medicinal ingredient is provided on one side of a support, the support has a substantially closed-cell foam layer and the same layer. The support has a bending resistance according to JIS L 1005 of 40 mm or more and a thickness of 0.3 to 7 mm, and the plaster layer is made of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric laminated on one side of the support. It is characterized in that it is provided over substantially the entire surface of the nonwoven fabric.

[0010] The bending resistance according to JIS L 1005 is 25 mm width x 15 at a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 65%.
A 0 mm long test piece is pushed out in the direction of the slope from a smooth horizontal table with a 45° slope at the tip, and when the tip of the test piece comes into contact with the slope, it is expressed as the distance pushed out. If this value is less than 40 mm, the feeling of pliability and fixing or supporting the affected area decreases. Moreover, if the above-mentioned value exceeds 660 mm, the support will be too hard and difficult to use, and the texture will be poor. Therefore, the bending resistance of the support is in the range of 40 to 600 mm, and a particularly preferable bending resistance is in the range of 100 to 350 mm.

[0011] The thickness of the support is in the range of 0.3 to 7 mm. The reason for this is that if the thickness is less than 0.3 mm, the heat retention is poor and the rigidity is not sufficient to provide a corset effect that can fix or support the affected area, and if the thickness exceeds 7 mm, the corset effect is good, but This is because there is a great sense of discomfort during application, and the applied area is conspicuous. A particularly preferred thickness of the support is in the range of 1 to 3 mm.

(b) The foam that is a component of the support is made of resin such as polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, or the like. Although both crosslinked and non-crosslinked resins can be used, crosslinked resins are preferred. To obtain foam from these resins, a blowing agent, a crosslinking agent (not needed in the case of radiation crosslinking), a polyfunctional monomer as necessary, etc. are added to the resin, the mixture is molded into the desired shape, and the Methods such as crosslinking is performed by irradiation or heating at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, and then foaming is performed by heating at a temperature above the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, or crosslinking and foaming are performed simultaneously.

[0014] The foam is limited to a substantially closed cell cell morphology. The reason for this is that closed-cell foams have high rigidity and are convenient for exerting a corset effect to fix the affected area, and also have excellent heat retention effects. However, open cells may be mixed to the extent that the rigidity is not impaired. The foaming ratio is appropriately selected within the range of 5 to 55 times, but considering the purpose of use of the foam in the present invention, a foamed product with a foam ratio of 20 to 30 times is preferable.

As for the form of applying the paste to the support, the paste is provided on substantially the entire surface of the woven or nonwoven fabric side of the support. Here, "coating substantially over the entire surface of the support" means excluding coating that forms a pattern with non-coated areas between coated areas, such as so-called streaks, networks, spots, etc. It is. Therefore, patches that have non-coated areas at the edges and a plaster covering the entire other parts, or patches that have a plaster covering the entire surface of one side of the support and are perforated for ventilation, It is included in the concept of a patch in which a plaster layer is coated on substantially the entire surface of a support.

Finally, a release paper is attached to the entire surface of the plaster to protect the plaster layer, and the obtained product is cut into a predetermined sheet shape and packaged. Further, the product can be rolled and stacked without cutting it into a predetermined sheet shape. [Operation] As described above, the patch according to the present invention meets the JIS standards.
Bending resistance according to L 1005 40mm or more and thickness 0.3~
Since it is equipped with a support body of 7 mm, it has sufficient rigidity to exhibit a corset effect capable of fixing or supporting the affected area. By supporting or fixing the affected area in this way, the affected area is kept at rest, healing is accelerated, and
The user also tries to remain calm without unconsciously making forced movements due to the moderate discomfort caused by the patch, which further speeds up the healing process.

Furthermore, since a woven fabric or non-woven fabric is used as a component of the support, if a plaster layer is provided thereon, a part of the plaster will penetrate into the gaps between the fibers of the woven fabric or non-woven fabric, thereby forming an anchor. As a result, the paste is firmly held on the support, and the bending resistance and modulus of the support are adjusted by the woven or nonwoven fabric.

Effects of the Invention According to the adhesive patch of the present invention, since a material having specific physical properties is used as a support, a corset effect capable of fixing or supporting the affected area can be exerted. By supporting or fixing the affected area in this way, the affected area can be kept at rest and healing can be accelerated, and the user can also try to rest without unconsciously making forced movements due to the moderate discomfort of the patch, allowing the area to heal. can be further accelerated.

[0048] Furthermore, by using a foam as a constituent member of the support, this adhesive patch exhibits an appropriate heat-retaining effect, thereby improving blood circulation and exhibiting a more sufficient therapeutic effect.

Furthermore, since a woven fabric or non-woven fabric is used as a component of the support, if a plaster layer is provided thereon, a part of the plaster will penetrate into the gaps between the fibers of the woven fabric or non-woven fabric, thereby forming an anchor. This effect allows the plaster to be firmly held on the support, and the bending resistance and modulus of the support can be adjusted by the woven or nonwoven fabric.
