In order to solve these problems, a steel staircase assembly is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-43411. That is, this steel stairway assembly consists of two steel stringers facing each other and a plurality of steel stair units forming approximately L-shaped end surfaces disposed between the stringers, and includes the above-mentioned steel stringers. The stair unit is made up of two upper and lower steel plates bonded together, and the L-shaped head of the two bonded steel plates has an L-shaped leg of the same-shaped stair unit disposed on the upper step. The gap that accommodates the downward bent part provided at the tip is shown in 2 above.
Furthermore, a bent portion is provided between the L-shaped head end of the steel plate on the upper side of the steel plate to be bent onto the tip of the L-shaped leg of the upper stair unit. A downward bent part is formed at the tip of the leg of the mold to be accommodated in a gap provided in the L-shaped head of the same-shaped stair unit disposed on the lower tier, and furthermore, the L-shaped part of the stair unit is At least one steel rod is placed in the center of the leg in an upward or downward channel provided between the two upper and lower steel plates, and the stair unit is moved through the two sheaths using the steel rod. It is fixed to the girder.

(Means for solving the problem) The steel staircase according to the present invention has two stringers arranged facing each other with a required interval, and approximately the center of the steel plate to form treads for two upper and lower steps. At the same time, a rising riser part is bent and formed in the upper step plate part, and a hanging part bent downward by a required distance from the upper end of the rising riser part and a horizontal part continuous thereto are formed in the upper step board part, and a horizontal part is formed in the lower step board part. A treadboard having a horizontal part with a bent lower end of the rising riser part, a lower tread part of the tread plate located above, and an upper tread part of the tread board located below are overlapped with each other. The gist of the present invention is to include a receiving member attached to the inside of the stringer for supporting and preserving.

(Function) The steel frame staircase according to the present invention has two stringers arranged facing each other with a required interval, and a rising riser section approximately in the center of the steel plate to form a tread section for two upper and lower steps. At the same time, the upper tread part is formed with a hanging part bent downward by a required dimension from the upper end of the rising riser part, and a horizontal part continuous thereto, and the lower tread part is formed with a lower end of the rising riser part. A tread plate having a bent horizontal portion, a lower tread portion of the upper tread plate, and an upper tread portion of the lower tread plate are overlapped with each other, and the stringer girders are designed to support and preserve these tread plates. Since it has a structure that includes a receiving material that can be attached to the inside of the weld, it requires fewer manufacturing steps and does not cause welding distortion or bending.

Further, the tread plate 3 is arranged oppositely to the stringers 2.
It is manufactured by bending and forming a steel plate having a width that is approximately the same as the inner dimension of the pipe as described below.
That is, a rising riser 5 is formed by bending a substantially central portion of the steel plate, and an upper end tread portion 6 and a lower step tread portion 7 are formed by bending and continuous to the upper and lower ends of this rising riser 5, respectively. be. The upper tread portion 6 is formed of a hanging portion 8 bent downward by a required distance from the upper end of the rising riser portion 5, and a horizontal portion 9 continuous to the hanging portion 8. The portion 7 is formed of a horizontal portion 10 which is formed by bending the lower end of the rising riser portion 5, and a vertical portion 11 which is formed by, for example, bending the tip of the horizontal portion 10 upward again by a required dimension.

As shown in FIG. 1, the steel-framed staircase 1 of the present invention, which is made up of the above-mentioned components, has the upper tread part 6 of the tread 3 placed below overlapped with the lower tread part 7 of the tread 3 placed above. Both of these tread plates 3 are supported by support members 4 and attached with bolts 12 and nuts 13, and then assembled by pouring, for example, mortar 14 into the tread parts 6 and 7.

In this embodiment, bolts 15 and nuts 16 are used as means for attaching the support material 4 to the stringer 2, but it goes without saying that the attachment may be done by welding. Further, in this embodiment, mortar 14 is placed on the upper and lower footboard portions 6 and 7 to provide vibration and soundproofing, but it goes without saying that this mortar 14 may be omitted. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the tip of the lower tread plate 7 is bent upward to form the vertical part 11, thereby increasing the rigidity of the tread plate 3 and preventing displacement when the tread plates 3 are overlapped as described above. However, it is not limited to this.
