Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] In an automobile auto-change in which the shift lever is operated in the front-rear direction to switch to Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, Second, and Low ranges, the shift lever extends in the front-rear direction. A lock plate is fixed, and a parking lock pin and a neutral lock pin with different cross-sectional shapes are placed opposite the lock plate, and a spring that biases both pins in the direction of contact with the lock plate is turned on when the brake pedal is depressed. A solenoid is provided for moving the two pins in a non-contact direction, and the lock plate has a parking lock hole into which a parking lock pin is fitted in a parking range and a neutral lock pin into which a neutral lock pin is fitted in a neutral range. A neutral lock hole is formed, and the solenoid is disposed on one side in the direction of extension of the lock plate, and the plunger of the solenoid has a cam portion that moves both pins in a non-contact direction when the solenoid is turned on.
