準値を越えた場合に該インバータ制動装置のスイ
ツチング素子をＯＮするための信号を出力する機
能を有するインバータ装置と、このインバータ装
置からの信号により該スイツチング素子をＯＮす
る機能を有するインバータ制動装置から成ること
