ストアップが抑えられる。
(3)湿度検知手段により浴室使用を判断する方式は、
著しい浴室の湿度変化に追従性がよく、高精度の制御が
可能である。
(4)浴室に使用者の入室を検知する赤外線センサを設
ける方式は、直接人体の有無を判断できるという効果が
