いたが以下のような問題を有していた。

によつて捨て型枠や打継部に圧縮力を与えて、コ
ンクリートやそれ以後に働く重量によつて生じる
引張力によつて捨て型枠や打継部にクラツクが生
じるのを防ぎ、良好な止水性能を得ることができ
る。プレストレス力によつて止水板のズレや、止
水板の損傷による隙間を塞ぎ、止水性を損うこと
がない。止水性が良好となるため揚水ポンプやド
レインの設置、管理等が安価となる。
