Function According to the present invention, cleaning liquid can be sprayed from the nozzle pipe onto the object to be cleaned by swinging the nozzle pipe, and dirty cleaning liquid can be regenerated and recovered by a regeneration device installed in parallel, so that the cleaning liquid is always clean. It can be cleaned with a clean cleaning liquid, which saves cleaning liquid, and also eliminates the need for frequent handling such as supplying new cleaning liquid and discharging dirty cleaning liquid. When the cleaning liquid in the cleaning device becomes dirty, the cleaning liquid is sent to a parallel regenerating device for regeneration and recovery, and the cleanly regenerated cleaning liquid can be used to clean the object to be cleaned. Therefore, although the cleaning solution can be cleaned at all times, the amount of cleaning solution can be saved, and the trouble of supplying new cleaning solution and frequently discharging dirty cleaning solution can be saved.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention.
The cleaning device 1 is mounted on a support frame 4 disposed at a predetermined height of a cart 3 with wheels 2 attached thereto, as shown in FIGS. A tank 5 is installed, and a cleaning liquid regenerating device 6 such as thinner is installed on the side. The cleaning device 1 is formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped box as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and an opening/closing lid 7 is pivotally connected to the front side of the box in a watertight manner so that it can be opened and closed, and is used to store printed parts, electronic parts, etc. A cleaning basket 9 containing objects 8 to be cleaned can be inserted into and removed from a housing section 10 attached to the inside of the opening/closing lid 7, so that cleaning can be carried out by replacing the items as needed. Further, inside the cleaning device 1, nozzle pipes 12 and 13 having nozzles 11 attached at regular intervals around the circumference are installed horizontally in the upper and side parts of the cleaning basket 9 as shown in the figure. , a supply pipe 15 connected to the discharge side of the supply pump 14 connected to the lower cleaning liquid tank 5;
6 to the nozzle pipes 12 and 13, so that the object to be cleaned 8 can be cleaned by spraying cleaning liquid from above and from the sides. A rocking device 17 such as a rotary actuator attached to the side circumference of the cleaning device 1 is connected to one end of the nozzle pipe 13 installed on the side, as shown in FIG. The nozzle 11 is rotated as shown in Fig. 2.

On the other hand, the regenerating device 6 is formed of an evaporator 24, a condensing device 25, etc., and as shown in FIG. is installed. The evaporator 24 has an upper lid 26 attached to the upper part so as to be openable and closable, a double cylindrical inner wall 27 with a cylindrical heat pipe structure inside, and an insulating flexible tube with a supply pipe 15 branched and connected. The cleaning liquid 11 loaded onto the inner wall 27 of the evaporator 24 through the regeneration pipe 28 can be heated and evaporated via the inner wall 27 having a heat pipe structure with a heating device (not shown) attached to the lower part of the inner wall 27. That's what I do. The evaporated cleaning liquid flows to the adjacent condensing device 25,
As shown in the figure, the cleaning liquid can be collected into the cleaning liquid tank 5 via a collection pipe 29. 30 is a regeneration on-off valve.

Therefore, if a predetermined object to be cleaned 8 is stored in the cleaning basket 9 and attached to the storage part 10 of the opening/closing lid 7 of the cleaning device 1, the opening/closing valve 16 is opened and a prescribed switch on the operation panel 18 is turned on. The feed pump 14 is driven to feed the cleaning liquid to the nozzle pipes 12 and 13, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed vertically and horizontally from the nozzle 11 at the tip toward the object 8 to be cleaned. At this time, the nozzle pipe 13 on the side face is rotated up and down by the swinging device 17 and sprays the cleaning liquid onto the object 8 to be cleaned, thereby uniformly cleaning the object 8 in the cleaning basket 9. can. After cleaning for a predetermined period of time, the lid 7 is opened and the next object 8 to be cleaned is placed in the same manner and cleaned.

If the cleaning liquid becomes dirty in this way, the on-off valve 16 is closed, the regeneration on-off valve 30 is opened, and the cleaning liquid is loaded into the evaporator 24 of the regeneration device 6. and,
When the evaporator 24 is heated, the cleaning liquid evaporates and flows out, is condensed in the condenser 25 on the side, and can be collected in the cleaning liquid tank 5. Therefore, the recycled and recovered cleaning liquid can always be used to clean cleanly as described above. Note that the cleaning liquid can be replenished via the tank replenishment pipe 23 at appropriate cycles.

In particular, the evaporation device of the regenerator has a cylindrical heat pipe structure and evaporates through the double cylindrical inner wall, so even if the cleaning liquid is a flammable organic solvent such as thinner, it can be regenerated safely. It is possible and desirable. In this case, if an electromagnetic induction heating device is used as the heating device for heating the inner wall, it is safer and more preferable because heating can be performed without using a fire.
