[Detailed explanation of the invention] (a) Industrial application field This invention easily stores the object to be cleaned and places it in a cleaning chamber, and sprays cleaning water upward from a cleaning nozzle placed below the rack. This invention relates to a dishwasher that cleans items to be washed. (b) Prior Art A conventional washing machine will be explained based on FIG. 1. A cleaning chamber 3 whose front surface is opened by a door body 2 that can be raised and lowered is defined above the main body 1 whose top surface is open, and cleaning nozzles 4A and 4B are installed above and below the cleaning chamber 3.
Rinsing nozzles 5A and 5B are rotatably arranged, and a rack 7 containing an object to be cleaned 6 is placed on a support rail 8 between them. Further, a cleaning tank 10 is formed in the lower part of the main body below the cleaning chamber 3 and has an overflow pipe 9 that communicates with the outside. It is connected. In the cleaning process, the cleaning water mixed with detergent in the relatively high temperature cleaning tank 10 is force-fed to the cleaning nozzles 4A and 4B by the cleaning pump 11, and is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned 6 from the nozzles 4A and 4B. Then, in the rinsing step, hot water in a rinsing tank (not shown) is pumped to the rinsing nozzles 5A and 5B by a rinsing pump (not shown), and the object to be cleaned is discharged from the nozzles 5A and 5B. This is done by injecting at 6. After completing each process in this way, the object to be cleaned 6 is placed in the cleaning room 3 together with the rack 7 by opening the door body 2.
taken outside. According to such a conventional washing machine, after each washing and rinsing process is completed, a large amount of dirty washing water droplets 14 containing oil and the like adhere to the washing chamber 3, especially the top plate 13, and this drops into the rack 7. This has a major disadvantage in that it drips onto the object 6 to be cleaned, staining the object 6 that has been cleanly cleaned, and impairing the cleaning effect. On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-166865 discloses that an exhaust port is formed in the top plate of the cleaning chamber in order to exhaust steam trapped in the cleaning chamber, and a cleaning nozzle is installed at a position opposite to the bottom of the exhaust port. A cleaning machine is disclosed in which a guide plate is provided to prevent water from scattering from an exhaust port. The purpose of such a conventional guide plate is to prevent washing water from scattering from the exhaust port, and as mentioned above, after cleaning is completed, it prevents dirty washing water droplets attached to the guide plate from dripping onto the object to be cleaned. I can't do it,
This also has the drawback of impairing the cleaning effect and also makes it impossible to efficiently exhaust the steam inside the cleaning chamber. (c) Purpose of the invention The present invention addresses the conventional drawbacks and prevents dirty washing water droplets from dripping onto the object to be cleaned after washing is completed.
In addition to maintaining the cleaning effect of the object to be cleaned, it also prevents washing water from scattering from the exhaust port, and furthermore, it allows steam in the washing chamber to be efficiently exhausted and improves safety for workers when opening the door. purpose. (d) Structure of the device The device has an inclined surface facing the rack above the rack storing the items to be cleaned, and the inclined surface slopes low in the direction excluding the door that opens the front side of the washing room. In addition, a guide plate is provided in which the lower edge of the slope is located outside of the rack, and an exhaust port is formed in the top plate of the washing room opposite to the guide plate in front of the door body, and the exhaust port This dishwasher has an exhaust fan installed inside the exhaust duct that communicates with the dishwasher. (E) Embodiment FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional front view of the dishwasher of the present invention, and FIG. A detailed explanation of the configuration used and which overlaps with the conventional example will be omitted. The space between the upper cleaning nozzle 4A and the top plate 13 of the cleaning chamber 3 has an inclined surface 15A facing the rack 7 at a position above the rack 7 which stores the object 6 to be cleaned and is arranged in the cleaning chamber 3. A guide plate 15 (a perspective view is shown in FIG. 4) is removably attached to the top plate 13 of the cleaning chamber 3 via four mounting leg plates 16. In addition, a guide plate 15 is provided on the top plate 13 of the cleaning chamber 3.
An exhaust port 17 is formed in front of the door body 2 so as to be covered by the exhaust port 17, and an exhaust duct 18 communicating with the exhaust port 17 is installed on the top plate 13, and a drive motor is installed inside the duct 18. An exhaust fan 20 that is linked to the exhaust fan 19 is provided. Thus, in the guide plate 15 of the embodiment, the inclined surface 15A is formed to be inclined low in two directions, that is, in the direction of both side plates orthogonal to the door body 2, and the lower end 15B is formed by bending the lower end of the inclined surface 15A. The entire peripheral edge of the guide plate 15 including the guide plate 15 is located outside the rack 7, and the lower edge 15B is arranged so as to face the direction in which the rack 7 is taken in and taken out. Further, the drive motor 19 is energized and operated for a certain period of time by a timer or the like when the door body 2 is opened after cleaning or slightly before the door body 2 is opened. In the above configuration, when each cleaning and rinsing process is completed, a dirty cleaning water droplet 1 is placed on the guide plate 15 .
4 adheres to the water droplet 14 due to surface tension and guide plate 1.
Due to the action of the inclined surface 15A of No. 5, water drops travel down the inclined surface 15A as shown by the arrow and drop downward from the lower edge 15B of the inclined surface 15A, and these cleaning water droplets 14 hardly fall onto the object 6 to be cleaned, but instead reach the outside of the rack 7. to fall. Also, the guide plate 15 is connected to the lower cleaning nozzle 4 during cleaning.
It also has the effect of preventing the cleaning water injected from B from scattering to the outside from the exhaust port 17. Furthermore, when the door body 2 is opened after cleaning is completed, the rotation of the exhaust fan 20 causes the steam in the cleaning chamber 3 to be exhausted from the exhaust port 17 through the duct 18 to the top of the washer in a very short time. At this time, since the guide plate 15 faces the exhaust port 17 and the exhaust port 17 is formed in the front part of the top plate 13 from the door body 2, suction from the outside part of the cleaning chamber 3 is easily achieved. Become,
Since there is almost no exhaust air from the front of the cleaning chamber 3, the operator can safely take out the rack 7. Furthermore, since the inclined surfaces 15A are inclined low toward the side plates, the cleaning water droplets 14 will not fall onto the object 6 to be cleaned when the rack 7 is taken out. Note that the guide plate 15 according to the embodiment of the present invention has an inclined surface 1
Although the inclined surface 15A is formed in two directions, it does not depart from the gist of the present invention even if the inclined surface 15A is configured to be inclined low in one direction, for example, toward the rear. (f) Effects of the invention The guide plate of this invention allows dirty washing water droplets to fall to the outside of the rack after washing is completed, so the cleaning effect can be maintained without contaminating the cleanly cleaned items again. At the same time, it also has the practical advantage of preventing washing water from scattering from the exhaust port.Furthermore, the steam in the washing room can be exhausted in a short time, and the exhaust port is located in front of the door body. When the door is opened, the amount of exhaust air from the front of the cleaning room can be extremely reduced, allowing workers to safely remove racks, while also preventing cleaning water droplets from falling onto the objects to be cleaned during the removal process. It has many practical advantages, such as being able to effectively prevent falls.
