Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 作動ロツド１８を備えた主ピストン１９が嵌挿
されて流体圧室を構成する主ハウジング１１に、
スペースロツド１４を備えた補助ピストン１５が
嵌挿されて流体圧室を構成する補助ハウジング１
０を仕切壁１２を介して順次複数連結してシリン
ダー本体１３とし、 前記スペースロツド１４を仕切壁１２を貫通し
て隣接するハウジングの流体圧室に突出させ、ス
ペースロツド１４とピストン１５とに亘つて流体
導孔２４を穿孔し、主ハウジング１１と最も離れ
た補助ハウジング１０の流体圧室に流体圧供給用
のホース２６を接続したことを特徴とする流体圧
シリンダー。
