Claims (1)
- 内部に反出力側端板から出力側端板に向かつて
軸心に沿つて固定ピストンが延びるシリンダー本
体と、上記固定ピストンの軸心に沿つて貫通され
た作動流体孔と、上記シリンダー本体に内挿され
るとともに中心孔が上記固定ピストンに外挿され
た可動ピストンロツドと、上記可動ピストンロツ
ド、上記出力側端板 及び上記シリンダー本体で
形成される引き側圧力室と、少なくとも上記可動
ピストンロツドの中心孔と上記固定ピストン先端
との間に形成された押し側圧力室とを具えたこと
を特徴とする流体圧シリンダー。
