[Background Art] In recent years, buildings have become taller due to the relaxation of laws and regulations and the effective use of land.In order to improve construction work efficiency due to labor shortages, steel frames of buildings are assembled up to the top floor at construction sites. Rather than installing elevators after construction is completed, a construction elevator is temporarily installed in the building once the steel frame has been erected to the middle floor, and is used for transporting construction workers and small materials, as well as for the progress of construction work. As the steel frames of buildings become taller, there is an increasing number of systems in which the vertical travel of elevators is increased to increase the number of floors serviced by elevators.

As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional construction elevator is generally a rise-up elevator mainly made of temporary equipment. This involves constructing an elevator hoistway 1 in a building under construction, temporarily installing a receiving beam 2 horizontally on a beam 3 of the building halfway up the hoistway 1, and temporarily installing a receiving beam 2 on top of the receiving beam 2. The machine room 4 for use is placed and held. This temporary machine room 4 is of a small size designed so that it can be moved up and down the hoistway 1 sequentially using a crane or the like. Stores compactly. In addition, a temporary rope 7 is wound around the hoisting sheave of the hoist 5 in the temporary machine room 4 and hangs downward, and a temporary car 8 and a counterweight 9 are connected via the temporary rope 7. They are suspended in the hoistway 1 and moved up and down by the drive of a hoist 5 to transport construction workers, small materials, and the like.

[0004] However, although the conventional construction elevator system, which mainly uses temporary equipment, is convenient during the construction period, once the steel frame of the building has been completed to the top floor,
When installing a permanent elevator, the temporary equipment must be removed and the permanent equipment must be installed after that, which requires a lot of effort and time to remove and permanently install. It is inconvenient that there is no operational service. In addition, the use of many temporary supplies increases costs, leading to a rise in construction costs.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, in the above-mentioned proposed construction elevator installation method, many permanent equipment items are used, so that it is relatively easy to eventually transition to a permanent elevator. The equipment in the elevator machine room, which is complex to control, etc. (mechanical equipment equipment such as hoisting machines, and electrical control equipment equipment such as elevator operation control panels) is compacted and installed so that it can be moved upwards in a narrow hoistway. In particular, it is impossible to arrange these elevator machine room items horizontally in the hoistway, so as mentioned above, they are distributed and stored in multiple containers and stacked in multiple tiers. shall be placed closely together in the hoistway. For this reason, there are a large number of containers, and it is troublesome to arrange them in the hoistway and move them up and down, and there is not enough space, making it difficult to maintain and inspect the equipment in the machine room.

Furthermore, even if each of the containers for machine room supplies is waterproofed, the upper part of the hoistway is open during construction, so rainwater enters the hoistway and damages the guide rails, various detectors, and other parts of the hoistway. Rainwater splashes on the main equipment such as the car and counterweight, and by the time the construction work is completed, the damage and stains are so severe that the elevator becomes unusable.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] In order to achieve the first object, the method for installing a construction elevator using permanent equipment according to the first invention is to install an elevator for construction use in a building undergoing construction work. Along with constructing the hoistway, mechanical equipment such as the hoisting machine and electrical control equipment such as the elevator operation control panel were separated into units among the elevator machine room equipment for the main installation, and the mechanical equipment was divided into units. While the equipment equipment unit is installed at an appropriate position above the hoistway, the electrical control equipment equipment unit is installed on the side of an adjacent building, and a rope wrapped around the hoisting machine of the mechanical equipment equipment unit is installed. A car and a counterweight for the main installation are installed in the hoistway so that they can be driven up and down, and in this state, while being used as a construction elevator, the mechanical equipment equipment unit will be raised and lowered as the building becomes taller as construction work progresses. At the same time, the electrical control equipment supplies units will be sequentially relocated to the upper floors of the building, and finally the mechanical equipment supplies and electrical control equipment supplies will be moved to the upper floor of the building, in the elevator machine room for permanent installation. It is characterized by relocating.

[0013] With this installation method, mechanical equipment such as the hoisting machine among the elevator machine room equipment for complicated main installation such as controls can be easily installed in the hoistway of the building under construction as one unit. At the same time, electrical control equipment such as elevator operation control panels can be easily installed on the floor of an adjacent building as a separate unit, and maintenance and inspection are facilitated because there is plenty of space for their installation. In addition, the mechanical equipment and electrical control equipment can be easily moved upward one by one as the construction work progresses, making it possible to conveniently use the elevator as a construction elevator. Finally, by moving the mechanical equipment and electrical control equipment to the permanent elevator machine room in the upper part of the building, the elevator can be used as a permanent elevator in a short period of time.

[0014] The second invention is, in the above-mentioned construction elevator installation method using permanent equipment, by providing a rain shelter to cover the upper surface of the mechanical equipment equipment unit in the hoistway of the building under construction. Waterproofing measures are sufficient to prevent rainwater from entering the hoistway during construction, and to ensure that not only the mechanical equipment and supplies in the hoistway, but also other hoistway supplies such as cars and various switches, etc. Since there is no chance of getting wet with rainwater or the like, and since rainwater or the like does not enter the hoistway, electrical control equipment installed on the side of an adjacent building will also be less likely to get wet with rainwater or the like. This prevents the various main installation supplies from being damaged or soiled during use as a construction elevator, and allows them to be used as a main construction elevator without any problems.
