In the hot water supply rooms and kitchens of business establishments and small and medium-sized office buildings, it is common to have separate hot water heaters for drinking and miscellaneous use (for washing food and utensils, etc.) for hot water supply. . For example, for beverages such as coffee and tea, hot water close to the boiling point is required to enhance the aroma and taste. The top of the is open. A kettle-like water heater is used. If you boil water in a closed water tank, in order to obtain hot water efficiently, it is necessary to install the hot water inlet at the top due to the specific gravity, and air bubbles will concentrate at the top and form a steam layer. If this happens, the moment the hot water supply opening is opened, only steam will come out, causing danger and problems. On the other hand, low-temperature hot water (40-45℃) for miscellaneous use requires a large flow rate, so it is preferable that the water heater used for this purpose has a structure that allows some internal pressure to act on the hot water faucet. Even if the distance to the faucet is longer and the temperature drops slightly due to the heat dissipated as the hot water flows through the hot water pipes, it will not interfere with use, so it is best to install it in a location away from the hot water supply station where it will not get in the way. can. Therefore, the current situation is that water heaters for miscellaneous use are of the so-called water heater type, with a sealed hot water tank.

Using two water heaters of two different types for two different uses, one for drinking and one for miscellaneous purposes, is extremely uneconomical in terms of equipment and maintenance costs, and is also limited in terms of the space required for installation. I have a problem when I receive it. In addition, we are aware that although it may be suitable for one purpose, it may cause inconvenience or trouble for the other purpose.
Some usage methods have been adopted in which a single water heater is sufficient, but in any case, a solution is desired.

This invention was developed in consideration of steam, and its purpose is to interpose an automatic mixing valve between a water supply pipe and both branch pipes branching from the hot water supply pipe, and to take out high temperature and low temperature hot water simultaneously or separately. An object of the present invention is to provide a water heater for both high and low temperatures that is improved so as to be effective in terms of safety. In order to achieve the above object, the high and low temperature water heater, which is a feature of the present invention, sends hot water to the faucet side through a water supply pipe extending from the water supply side to a hot water tank in which a heating element is housed inside. In a water heater connected to a hot water supply pipe for high temperature, the water supply pipe is connected to a first water supply pipe and a second water supply pipe, and the high temperature water supply pipe is connected to a first water supply pipe and a second water supply pipe. The first water pipe is connected to the sink drain via a relief valve, the second water pipe is connected to the first inlet side of the automatic mixing valve, and the first water pipe is connected to the first inlet side of the automatic mixing valve. The hot water distribution pipe is connected to the faucet via a hot water faucet, and the second hot water distribution pipe is connected to the second inlet side of the automatic mixing valve, and a low temperature hot water supply pipe is connected to the outlet side of the automatic mixing bubble. At the same time, an automatic air release valve is installed on the top of the hot water tank.
The exhaust pipe of this automatic air release valve is connected to the drain port.

When the hot water tap is opened, the boiled water first flows from the distribution pipe to the faucet side, and can be used for drinking purposes. On the other hand, if you need low-temperature hot water for chores such as washing, simply open the faucet on the low-temperature water supply pipe, and the water flowing from the second water supply pipe will mix with the water flowing from the second water supply pipe.
The hot water flowing from the hot water distribution pipe is mixed by an automatic mixing valve, becomes the desired low temperature hot water, and can be taken out from the low temperature supply pipe. In this case, the low-temperature hot water can be taken out at any time regardless of the hot water supply operation taken out from the first branch pipe of the high-temperature hot water supply pipe. During operation of the hot water heater for both high and low temperatures, the steam accumulated in the upper part of the hot water tank flows out to the drain port through the automatic air release valve. In addition, since high-temperature hot water is naturally present in the second branch pipe, the pressure of the high-temperature hot water may rise in some unexpected situation at the automatic mixing valve and the second
If pressure is applied to the water supply pipe side, pressure will be applied to the pressure reducing valve on the water supply pipe side, and at this time, water supply pressure will also be applied from the water supply pipe side, so
There is no place for the pressure to escape, but even in such a situation, the pressure can be released to the drain port side via the relief valve by the first water distribution pipe.

The present invention is as described above, and there is no need to install two types of water heaters, one for drinking and one for washing, in a water heater room, etc., and a single unit can supply hot water to high and low temperatures simultaneously or separately. If a closed type hot water tank is used as in the illustrated embodiment, it can be installed under the sink or cooking table, which solves the problem of space and allows for economical installation as well as convenience. There are advantages to using it. In addition, as mentioned above (explanation in the section on effects), if the pressure of high-temperature hot water increases due to some unexpected situation and the pressure acts unduly on the second water distribution pipe side, the first water distribution pipe The water pipe allows the pressure to be released to the outlet via the relief valve, and in the case of abnormal pressure in the hot water tank, the pressure can be released from the automatic air release valve to the drain. The existing equipment that is always installed in sinks releases the pressure to the safest outlet, so it is extremely safe in terms of safety. In other words, the water heater for both high and low temperatures according to the present invention can also perform the function of boiling hot water for drinking (around 95 degrees Celsius). It can be automatically excluded. This eliminates the risk of burns caused by splashing of hot water caused by steam or other gases in the tank, and at the same time allows for a stable supply of mixed hot water.Additionally, new piping is required to relieve abnormal pressure. Its practical value lies in the fact that it is safe and convenient to use, such as not needing it, so there is no waste in the piping system, space problems are solved, it can be installed economically, and it is cost-effective. is extremely large.
