Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to fill a bathtub with hot water in a short time by a method wherein the hot water with adequate temperature produced at an instantaneous water heater is sent in the bathtub through both the feed pipe and return pipe of the circulating heating circuit of a bath. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 22 with an ON-OFF valve A21 therein is provided between a return pipe 15, which connects a circulating pump 14 with a bathtub 12, and a feed pipe 11 on the upstream side of a check valve A20. At the same time, the tip of a hot water filling pipe is connected to the feed pipe 11 at a position lying between the check valve A20 and the bypass pipe 22. In addition, a water flow sensor 23 is provided between an ON-OFF valve B16 and a vacuum breaking valve 17. Both the return pipe 15 and the feed pipe 11 constitute a circulating circuit and the diameters of the pipes 15 and 11 are smaller than that of a hot water supplying pipe 6a. Further, a compound type hot water supplier locates above the bathtub 12. The flow rate is contrived to increase by constituting to set hot water through both the feed pipe and the return pipe of a circulating heating circuit by means of the bypass pipe and the ON-OFF valve A.

Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, this type of combined water heater has a structure that performs a hot water supply function and a bath reheating function, and a typical example is shown in FIG. The instantaneous water heater 1 includes an instantaneous water heater burner 2 and an instantaneous water heater heat exchanger 3.
The tip of the outlet side 4 of the instantaneous water heater heat exchanger 3 is connected to hot water taps 6a and 6b through hot water supply pipes ea and eb. Next, the bathtub 7 consists of a bathtub burner 8 and a bathtub heat exchanger 9, and the outlet side 10 of the bathtub heat exchanger 9 is connected to the bathtub 12 via an outgoing pipe 11, and the inlet side A forced circulation pump 14 is installed in the bathtub 1 through a return pipe 16.
I am in contact with 2. A combined water heater with this configuration can perform the functions of an instantaneous water heater and a bath pot at the same time, and because it uses forced circulation heating to reheat the bath, the appliance can be installed in a location away from the bathtub (installation-free type). ), but it has the following drawbacks.

When pouring an appropriate amount of hot water obtained from an instantaneous water heater into the bathtub, the hot water is poured into the bathtub from the hot water tap 6b near the bathtub with the lid of the bathtub open, resulting in a large loss of heat radiation and making it difficult to save energy. It was bad. Furthermore, when the lid of the bathtub is closed, a large amount of hot water at an appropriate temperature obtained from the instantaneous water heater is automatically poured into the bathtub, and when an appropriate amount of hot water is poured into the bathtub, the hot water is automatically instantaneous. There is a drawback that the boiler cannot be stopped.

A water flow sensor detects the flow rate per minute, and a microcomputer (not attached) calculates the amount of water to be dropped by measuring time, and opens and closes when a predetermined amount of water is poured. This sends a signal to valve B to stop it. By closing the on-off valve B, air is taken in from the vacuum breaker valve and mixed into the enema tube, thereby preventing hot water in the bathtub from flowing back toward the instantaneous water heater.

The second configuration makes it possible to send a large amount of hot water at an appropriate temperature obtained by the instantaneous water heater into the bathtub through the forced circulation heating circuit of the bathtub. First, the forced circulation heating circuit has a pipe diameter smaller than that of normal hot water pipes (generally called paired tubes) in order to reduce heat loss from the pipes when reheating the bath. Therefore, even if we consider a configuration in which hot water at an appropriate temperature obtained by an instantaneous water heater is pumped into the bathtub through the circulation heating circuit of the bathtub, only a small flow rate can be pumped because the flow path pressure loss is large. As shown in one embodiment of the present invention, the flow rate can be increased by using a bypass pipe and an on-off valve A to feed water from both the outgoing pipe and the returning pipe of the circulation heating circuit.

Effects of the invention (1) It is possible to send hot water at an appropriate temperature obtained by an instantaneous water heater through the circulation heating circuit of the bathtub, and it is possible to pour hot water with the lid of the bathtub closed, making it possible to save energy. (2) By sending hot water at an appropriate temperature obtained by an instantaneous water heater through both the outgoing and returning pipes of the bath circulation heating circuit, a large amount of hot water can be poured and hot water can be poured for a short time.

(3) After starting pouring, the amount of water dropped can be measured using a water flow sensor, and the pouring can be automatically stopped once the appropriate amount has been poured, greatly improving convenience.
