Abstract
PURPOSE: To compound the capacities of both of a tap-controlled water heater and a forced circulation bath boiler and shorten hot-water pouring time by a method wherein the tap- controlled water heater is provided in parallel to the forced circulation bath boiler and a temperature sensor as well as a water level sensor are provided on one part of a circulation inlet port pipe to effect the ON, OFF controls of a burner for supplying hot-water, a burner of bath, a circulating pump and a solenoid valve for pouring hot-water.
CONSTITUTION: When an automatic operation switch is put ON under a condition that no water or hot-water is remaining in a bathtub and a hot-water delivery cock 11 is being closed, a solenoid valve 13 for pouring hot-water is opened, a water flow switch 37 detects it, a burner 25 for the tap-controlled water heater is ignited and heated hot-water is sent into the bathtub under the sequence of a hot-water pouring pipe 14, a hopper 24, a rise-up pipe 23 and a circulation outlet port pipe 22. When the water level of the bathtub has arrived immediately above a circulation inlet pipe 15, a water level sensor (2-level type) 29 detects it, the operation of a circulating pump 42 is started, a burner 26 for bath is ignited and the heating of the bath is started. Thereafter, when the pouring of hot-water is continued and a preset water level is achieved, the sensor 29 detects it, the solenoid valve 13 and the burner 25 are off and hot-water pouring is stopped automatically. When the temperature sensor 30 detects it and a set hot-water temperature is achieved, the burner for bath and the circulating pump 42 are stopped and the heating of bath may be stopped automatically.
