Conventionally, the heat source for bathtub water was configured with a heater, so there was no problem even if the circulating water in the bathtub mixed with the circulating heating water contained in the piping system of the heater due to pitting in the heat exchanger. , hot water must be supplied using a separate hot water supply method. Because hot water is supplied by a heater and bathtub water is heated in combination, it is expensive. However, if the heat source equipment is simply replaced with a water heater from a heater, pitting of the heat exchanger causes mixing of hot water and bath water, and the bath water mixes with the hot water, resulting in the use of unclean hot water for hot water supply. Therefore, practical application was avoided.

That is, the present invention forms a hot water circuit having a flow from the upper part of the water heater to the lower part of the water heater through a circulation pump and a heat exchanger installed downstream thereof, and also includes hot water piping that runs from the upper part of the water heater to the upper part of the bathtub. However, the intended purpose was achieved by positioning the hot water tap provided in the hot water supply pipe higher than the full water position of the bathtub connected to the heat exchanger.

Furthermore, the upper part 5 of the water heater is connected to a circulation pump 7 by a pipe 6, further connected to a heat exchanger 9 by a pipe 8, and then connected to the lower part of the water heater by a pipe 10, forming a bathtub heating pipe. The heat exchanger 9 connects the outer wall 9' of the water storage part of the heat exchanger 9 to the water heater 3.
is provided in contact with the outer surface of the hot water storage part, and
As shown in FIG. 2, it has connection ports 20 and 21 connected to the bathtub 13, and the heating pipe 24 through which the circulating water of the bathtub heating piping passes can be fixed to the heat exchanger 9 in a watertight manner with sockets 18 and 19. By connecting and holding the heating pipe 24 with fins 25, etc., it is possible to achieve an effective configuration for improving the heat exchanger performance.
and a water storage section 27 separated by a heating pipe 24.
Furthermore, the water storage section 27 is provided with a hot water temperature detector 22 for detecting the water temperature of the water storage section 27, and the water storage section 27 is communicated with the outside via an electric on-off valve 23 provided on the outer wall 9' of the water storage section.

Further, the connection ports 20 and 21 of the heat exchanger 9 are connected to the bathtub 13 through communication pipes 11 and 12, respectively, as shown in FIG. It has the same structure as a conventional bath kettle that generates natural circulation flow.

In addition, in the above configuration, by locating the hot water outlet position 16' of the hot water supply faucet 16 higher than the full water position 14 of the bathtub 13, as shown in FIG. When the heating pipe 24 has a hole due to corrosion etc. when the temperature is 0 or negative pressure is generated, the hot water supply pipe 15
is opened to the atmosphere, for example, when the hot water tap 16 is opened, the bath water level 14' is lower than the hot water outlet position 16' of the hot water tap 16, so the hot water in the water heater 3 is heated. The water enters the bathtub 13 side through the perforation formed in the pipe 24 due to natural head, the bathtub water level 14' rises to 14, and water overflows from 14 to the outside of the bathtub. When the water level of the water heater 3 reaches the bathtub full-filling position 14, overflow of water stops, and backflow of bath water to the water heater 3 can be prevented.

However, when the hot water outlet position 16' of the hot water supply faucet 16 is located below the bathtub water level 14', the bathtub water flows back to the water heater 3 until it reaches the hot water outlet position 16' of the hot water faucet 16 due to the siphon principle, and the hot water supply water is contaminate. In the present invention, for safety reasons, the bathtub is set above the full water position 14, assuming an accident when the bathtub is full.

Further, in the bathtub heating piping, the water flow from the circulation pump 7 is connected to the circulation pump 7 so that it flows from the upper part 5 of the water heater 3 to the lower part of the water heater 3 via the circulation pump 7 and the heat exchanger 9. This means that the heat exchanger 9 is located on the discharge side of the circulation pump 7, and by increasing the water pressure in the heating pipe 24 when the circulation pump 7 is driven, the water heater 3 for bath water
This is because it has the effect of preventing backflow to. In a reverse flow, the heating pipe 24 is clearly located on the negative pressure side of the circulation pump 7, so a reverse flow occurs. Therefore, it is effective to position the circulation pump 7 between the upper part 5 of the water heater 3 and the heat exchanger 9 so as to have this flow. When the circulation pump 7 is installed in the middle of the piping 10, in the case of the above-mentioned flow direction, the heating pipe 24 section becomes a negative pressure, which is not preferable because a backflow occurs as described above. Although there is no problem in the case of a flow opposite to the above, when the electric valve 23 described later is operated, it becomes a flow resistance of hot water and drainage, which is not preferable.

Next, the hot water temperature detector 22 allows the bath water temperature to be adjusted within a certain range to the appropriate bathing temperature under normal conditions, and the circulation pump 7 is started and stopped based on the signal. As shown by the arrow in FIG. flows into the water storage section 27, so a temperature higher than the suitable temperature range for bathing is detected. This temperature is set in advance, and when the temperature is abnormally high, an abnormality signal obtained from the hot water temperature detector 22 causes the electric valve 23 to open. As a result, in relation to the drainage capacity of the electric valve 23, after reaching the full water position 14 or until the water level reaches a lower level, the hot water from the water heater 3 and the bath water are gradually transferred to the electric valve 23.
This prevents water from entering through the perforated part of the heating pipe 24, which occurs when the electric valve 23 is not in use, and prevents water from flowing into the bathtub 13 from the hot water from the water heater 3. Prevents damage, deformation, and high-temperature water accidents when bathing.

In addition, by bringing the outer wall 9' of the water storage part of the heat exchanger 9 into contact with the outer surface of the hot water storage part of the water heater 3, it is possible to receive heat from the outer wall of the water heater 3 by heat transfer against the heat radiated from the bathtub when the circulation pump 7 is stopped. Although the amount of heat is small, by transferring this heat to the bathtub 13,
A part of the heat radiation loss of the bathtub can be replenished, thereby covering the amount of heat radiation of the bathtub water and providing a heat retention effect.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the pressure of tap water is abnormally low, by preventing the bathtub water from flowing back into hot water supply in the heat exchanger for heating the bathtub, it is possible to improve the water supply system using a conventional water heater. By simply adding an economical additional device, you can effectively reheat and keep the bath water warm after it has dissipated, instead of expensive separate equipment such as bathtub heating and bath pots that are required when using a conventional heater. This has the advantage of being able to prevent bath water from mixing with the hot water supply.
