- 内周面が軸の外周面から離隔するとともに軸方
向に対向した一対のシールリングのうち、一方が
回転側シールカバーの内周に、他方が静止側シー
ルカバーの内周にそれぞれ環状のラバースプリン
グを介して気密的に支持されて、両シールリング
が互いに密接摺動するフローテイングシールにお
いて、両シールリングの摺動端部外周面を異なる
外径に形成し、大径側の摺動端部外周面に先端が
小径側の摺動端部外周面と摺接するリツプ型シー
ルを固着したことを特徴とするフローテイングシ
ール。
