Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with works, such as the arrangement of a shielding wall, perforation in this shielding wall and the like, by a method wherein a cylindrical extrusion material constituted integrally with the shielding wall, which divides the space in the interior of a cylindrical case part and whose parts are bent and formed, is combined in such a way that the bent and formed parts oppose to the direction opposite to each other and connecting hoes, through which the divided spaces are connected to each other, are formed. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion material 1 is formed by an extrusion molding work using a material, such as an Al material or the like, and a cylindrical case part 1a is constituted integrally with a shielding wall 1b dividing a space in the case part 1a. The wall 1b is formed in the center of the case part 1a so as to divide accurately the space in the case part 1a, for example, into two equal parts and both end parts 1c to come into contact with the case part 1a are bent and formed in the direction oppositive to each other. Case body parts 11 and 12 obtainable by cutting the material 1 in a necessary length are combined with each other in such a way that the bent directions of both end parts 1c, which oppose to each other, of the wall part 1b and different from each other. Through holes are respectively formed in parts A, which correspond to both end parts 1c, of a double-side through hole substrate 13 pinched by the parts 11 and 12 and electric circuits, which are respectively provided in divided spaces B and C, are connected to each other via the through holes.

[Prior Art] Cases made of extruded materials such as aluminum have been widely used as cases for general electronic devices. In such an electronic device case, if it is desired to electromagnetically separate and isolate the space inside the case into two parts, a shield wall is provided. In order to connect the electric circuits on the printed circuit boards in each of the two separated spaces, holes must be drilled through the shield wall and three-dimensional wiring connecting the two circuits must be laid through these holes. I was doing it.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] That is, the present invention provides a cylindrical extruded material that is integrally formed with a shield wall in which a portion of the shield wall that divides an internal space is formed by bending. The parts face in opposite directions and are used in combination to form a connection hole that connects the divided spaces, and there is no need to install a shield wall or perform processing such as drilling holes in this shield wall. It becomes possible to connect electrical circuits in each of the divided spaces through the connection hole.

Since the housing portion 11 and the housing portion 12 are combined so that the bending directions of both ends 1c of each opposing shield wall portion 1b are different, the shield wall portion 11 and the housing portion 12 are sandwiched between the housing portions 11 and 12. Both ends 1c of the double-sided through-hole board 13
Only the portion corresponding to , that is, the portion indicated by A in the figure is not sandwiched between the mutual shield wall portions 1b. therefore,
By forming the above-mentioned through holes in this portion and connecting the electric circuits arranged in the divided spaces B and C through the through holes, the shield wall portion 1b
The electrical circuit can be connected without forming a through hole or the like in the circuit.
