- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液化ガスを貯留するタンクと、 このタンクに接続し大気との熱交換により前記
液化ガスを気化させる第１の気化器と、 前記タンクに接続し、高温媒体の加熱により前
記ガスを気化させる第２の気化器とを備え、 前記第１の気化器のガス流出側と被供給側との
間に、前記第２の気化器のガス流出側をオリフイ
スを介して連通させたことを特徴とする液化ガス
の気化装置。
