うな従来例にあつては成形材料5を成形型で振動
脱泡した場合に一側9′にある気泡は成形型の成
形面の勾配が急なために排水口8′と対応するよ
うに設けられた上型1′の開口6′より抜けやすい
が、他側10′にある気泡は成形型の成形面の勾
配が緩いために上記開口6′より抜けにくく、途
中で止まり、振動脱泡の時間が短い場合には第6
図に示すように他側10′の略中央部に気泡が溜
まり成形材料5の硬化時になつても気泡は抜ける
ことなく未充填部7のできた成形品となつてい
た。上述のような従来例により成形した成形品の
未充填部7は外観が悪いだけでなく、強度的にも
弱く、またボウル部4′に熱湯を注いだ場合には
熱衝撃によりボウル部4′が割れる原因ともなる。
すなわち上記のような欠点が出来るため、洗髪を
兼ねた大型の洗面ボウル部一体型の人造大理石製
ボウル付きカウンター3′の成形が困難であつた。
また成形材料5内の気泡をなるべく多く脱泡する
場合には振動脱泡時間を長くする必要があり、こ
のため成形時間もながくなつていた。

下に貫通する開口6を設けてある。このとき排水
口6の位置がボウル部4の横方向の一側9に偏ら
せているために排水口8を形成する箇所より一側
9の成形面の勾配は急な勾配となり、排水口8を
設ける箇所より他側10の成形面の勾配は緩い勾
配となる。上型1には上記ボウル部4の排水口8
を設けた箇所と他側10との間の位置に対応する
ように気泡を抜くことを兼ねた成形材料5の注入
用のスリツト11を設けてある。このスリツト1
1の位置は上型1のボウル部4の底部の裏面とな
る部分は上型1と下型2との間に充填した成形材

口8付近の未充填部に成形材料5を充填した後上
型1の開口6に入子12を挿入して排水口8を成
形する。また他側10の成形材料5の気泡は上型
1に設けたスリツト11より抜ける。そして他側
10の成形材料5内の気泡がスリツト11より抜
けた後成形材料5が硬化する前に未充填になつて
いるスリツト11に成形材料5を充填する。上述
のようにスリツト11を有する上型1で成形した
成形品は第2図に示すようにボウル部4の裏面に
スリツト11の形状をそのまま有した突起13が
出来るが外観上又は構造上問題がなければそのま
までも良い。しかし外観上又は構造上裏面の突起
13が問題となる場合には成形材料5の成形後、
成形品の裏面の突起13を切断する。また他の実
施例として成形材料5を成形型にて振動脱泡し、
上型1のスリツト11から成形材料5を未充填部
7に充填した後、第4図に示すようなスリツト1
1に合致するスリツト用入子14をスリツト11

部が出来ず、強度的にも強度の高い成形品を成形

ために気泡の脱泡のための振動脱泡時間が短くて
むため、成形品の成形時間を短縮することがで
き、成形品に未充填部のない強度の高い成形品を
安易に短時間で成形することができるものであ
る。
