Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A pressure mold consists of an upper splitable mold 20 and a lower splitable mold 25. When the upper mold 20 and the lower mold 25 are aligned with each other, a casting space S, which corresponds to the toilet bowl form for shaping a toilet bown, is produced. On the under surface of the upper mold 20, a first projecting part 21 and a second projecting part 22 are protrusively formed downwards. 便器の製造方法において、前記圧力型内の前記落水凹部
形成用の突部に非吸水性の突起を設け、該突起により鋳
込成形時に前記ロータンク載置部と前記連結部間の壁を
貫通する抜孔を形成し、乾燥後焼成前に該抜孔を埋める
ことである。

ずることなく乾燥状態が均一化されて「切れ」等の不良
品のない乾燥品を得ることかでき、その後に焼成して製
品とする時にも「切れ」等のない良好な便器を得ること
ができる。

が形成されており、この連結部7の下部は前記脚部4の
後部に一体形成されている排水管部6と一体状に連結さ

の収縮が均一化され、従来のような「切れ」等を生ずる
ことなく不良品の発生を無くすることができる。
