うに下から上に向かって上昇して凸型部2′に沿って上
昇するのであるが、この際にガスが凸型部2′の内面に
残ってこれが巣になってしまい、成形品である浴槽の内
面に巣が現れるという製品不良が生じてしまうという問
題があった。また樹脂充填用空所の上部内に連通する樹
脂供給部を設け、樹脂充填用空所の下部に連通するよう
にガス抜き部を設け、上部の樹脂供給部から樹脂を樹脂
充填用空所に供給して成形するものもあるが、このもの
にあっては、上の樹脂供給部から樹脂を自然落下させる
ものであるため、樹脂が均一に流れず、巣が出来やす
く、このものにあっても製品不良が生じやすいという問
題があった。

[発明の開示] 本発明の成形型装置は、下型1の上面部に上部が下部よ

型3の下面部に下方に開口し且つ上方に凹んだ下部が上
部よりも巾広となった凹型部4を設け、上下型3,1を型
締めして凸型部2と凹型部4とで容器状の成形品5を成
形するための樹脂充填用空所6を形成し、この樹脂充填
用空所6の上部に連通するガス抜き部7を設けると共に
樹脂充填用空所6の下部に連通する樹脂供給部8を設け
て成ることを特徴とするものであって、このような構成
を採用することで、上記した従来の問題点を解決して本
発明の目的を達成したものであるすなわちガスが下から
上に上昇するに当たり、凸型部2面側から凹型部4面側
に向かって上昇し、凹型部4面に沿って上昇するのもの
であって、凸型部2面にはガスが溜まったりせず、容器
状の成形品の内面に巣が生じたりしないようになったも
のである。

ための樹脂充填用空所6が形成してある。上記のように
上下型3,1により成形型Aが構成されるのであるが、本
発明にあては、この成形型A上部に樹脂充填用空所6の
上部と連通するガス抜き部7が設けてある。また成形型
Aの下部に樹脂充填用空所6に連通する樹脂供給部8が
設けてある。添付図面の実施例では、樹脂充填用空所6
の最上端部と連通するように上型3にガス抜き部7が設
けてあり、また下型1の周部に突部9を突設してこの突
部9に樹脂充填用空所6に連通する樹脂供給部8が設け
てある。上型3に下型1と型締めした場合に上記突部9
と嵌合する凹所10が設けてある。また下型1または上型
3の合わせ面の周囲には弾性を有するシール部材14が設
けてあって上下型3,1を型締めした場合に弾性を有する
シール部材14が合わせ面に介在されてシールするように
なっている。添付図面の実施例では成形する容器状の成
形品5としては浴槽の例が示してある。そして樹脂充填
用空所6の上部は容器状の成形品5の底を成形する部分
となる箇所であり、この樹脂充填用空所6の上部はガス
抜き部7部分が最上端となるように傾斜しており(この
