Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 平板状をなす一対の磁気抵抗素子２，３を所
定間隔をおいて平行に対向配置し、両磁気抵抗素
子２，３間に永久磁石４を移動可能に配置して、
永久磁石の移動位置に応じて両磁気抵抗素子２，
３から異なる出力を発生させて位置を検出するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする磁気式リニアスケール
。 ２ 磁気抵抗素子２，３は前記永久磁石４の発生
する磁界に関して永久磁石の変位の方向に線形の
感度分布を持つていることを特徴とする請求項１
に記載の磁気式リニアスケール。
