Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 交互に異なる複数の磁極が着磁された磁気媒
体と、磁気媒体に平行で、かつ近傍に配設され磁
気媒体と相対移動した際に信号を出力する磁気セ
ンサとを具備し、さらに、磁気センサの磁気媒体
と相対する側と反対側の近傍で、かつ磁気センサ
の磁気特性を偏倚させる位置に磁石部材を設けた
ことを特徴とする磁気式エンコーダ。 ２ 磁石部材が永久磁石である実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の磁気式エンコーダ。
