Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a conveying equipment capable of maintaining the specified carriage direction of a thin printed board, by installing a thin printed board wherein sending holes are arranged on both side edges, two conveying belts having sending protrusions, and clips which pinch the printed board and the belts in the state that the sending protrusions are engaged with the sending holes. CONSTITUTION:Sending holes 6 are arranged on a pair of both side edges outside a product region 10 in a thin printed board 5. Two conveying belts 7 have sending protrusions 8 which are engaged with the sending holes 6 on each side edge. Clips 9 pinch both side edges of the board 5 and the conveying belts 7 at a plurality of portions, in the state that the sending protrusions 8 of the belts 7 are engaged with the sending holes 6 of the board 5. Thereby the flatness of the thin printed board 5 is maintained during carriage, and it is prevented that the specified carriage direction of the thin printed board 5 is obstructed by external force like water pressure and wind pressure in the case of liquid treatment or drying treatment.

関する。近年、電子機器の小型軽量化が進展し、その傾
向はプリント配線板にも見られる。その小型軽量化のた
めにプリント配線板の厚さを薄型化する技術開発が進み
、現在では4層構成で全体厚さが0.5mmを下回る趨
勢で多層プリント配線板が開発されている。このような
超薄型のプリント配線板を量産するためには、従来の製
造方法では種々不都合な面が発生するため、それぞれの
問題点を解消する手段の開発が要求されている。

送が不能となり、変形あるいは破損するおそれがある。

状態において搬送用ベルト7と薄手プリント基板5とを
複数箇所でクリップ9により挟み付け一時固定する。こ
のように薄手プリント基板5を搬送用ベルト7に搭載し
た状態で矢印B方向に搬送用ベルト7を駆動し、洗浄装
置あるいは乾燥装置を通過させる。
