一つの輪を構成する場合の本考案輪状成型物のジ
ヨイント部分の斜視図。第４図Ａ，Ｂは本考案輪
状成型物の斜視図。第５図Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ，Ｇ，
Ｈは両端もしくは一端に輪を形成した本考案輪状
成型物の実施例の斜視図。参考図イはエツジ部分
に切断面（カツト面）を有するゴムテープの斜視
図。ロはエツジ部分に切断面（カツト面）を有す
る従来の輪ゴムの斜視図。ハは円形状のゴムロー
プの斜視図である。 ここにおいて、１は素材ゴムテープ、２は本考
案の輪状成型物、３はエツジ部分、４はジヨイン
ト部分、５は共生地又は共糊を示す。なお、各図
中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所望の幅と肉厚を有するエツジ部分がアー
    ル状のゴムテープの端末を、半加硫もしくは加硫
    後に、加圧加硫ジヨイント加工して、テープの、
    一端もしくは両端が輪となるように又は全体が一
    つの輪となるように成型したことを特徴とする輪
    状成型物。 (2) 上記において、ジヨイント部分の破断強度
    が９０Kg／cm2以上、破断伸度３００％以上を保
    持するように成型されていることを特徴とする請
    求項１記載の輪状成型物。
