【実施例】以下本発明の一実施例につき図1乃至図4を
参照して説明するに、まず図1に於いて、1は本体であ
り、外枠2を外郭とし、該外枠2の上端面を上枠3によ
って構成している。又、本体1には図2に示すように内
枠4を内装しており、この内枠4に釜5とこれを加熱す
るヒータ(図示せず)を内装している。6は釜5の上面
の開口部に被設した内蓋である。又、7は上枠3の図中
右方の一方側に一体に形成したヒンジ受け部、8は同上
枠3の図中左方の他方側に同じく一体に形成した爪掛け
部である。一方、9は釜5の上面の開口部を覆う蓋で、
これは詳細には外蓋10及び中蓋11を有して成るもの
であり、その両蓋間には断熱材12等を配設している。 又、外面に於いては外蓋10にその外周部の一箇所から
それとは反対側の一箇所へと径方向に橋架状に延びる把
手部13の本体部14を一体に形設すると共に、該把手
部本体部14の一端部に於いてヒンジ片部15(図4参
照)をやはり一体に形設し、而してこのヒンジ片部15
を前記ヒンジ受け部7外に位置させ、その後その間に側
方からヒンジ軸16を通して渡すことにより、蓋9全体
として前記本体1に開閉回動可能に枢設している。17
は後に述べる引張りコイルスプリング用の掛け板、18
はヒンジカバーで、そのうち掛け板17を上記ヒンジ受
け部7内に位置させ、その後ヒンジカバー18をヒンジ
受け部7及び掛け板17を覆う様にして上枠3に上記掛
け板17と共にねじ19によって取着しており、これに
よって又、ヒンジ受け部7が掛け板17を上記引張りコ
イルスプリングの支持をする固定部として具える様にし
ている。これに対し20は蓋9の上記ヒンジ片部15と
は反対側の部位に設けた蓋ロック装置で、これも詳細に
はベース部材21及びロックレバー22を有して成るも
のであり、そのうちベース部材21を前記外蓋10の他
端部上に載置せしめて中蓋11の下方から通したねじ2
3により固着し、その後ロックレバー22の中間部を軸
24によって上記ベース部材21に回動可能に枢着し、
そして該ロックレバー22とベース部材21との間には
圧縮コイルスプリング25を介設して、そのばね力によ
りロックレバー22先端部の爪部26を前記爪掛け部8
に掛合させ蓋9を閉鎖状態にロックする様にしている。 ここで、前記把手部13は本体部14の他にその上面の
開放部を塞ぐカバー27を有して成るもので、全体とし
て図3にも示す様に中空状を成し、その内部にはカバー
27を装着する前の状態に於いてスプリング例えば引張
りコイルスプリング28をその長手方向に沿って配設し
、又、該スプリング28は一端部を前記掛け板17に掛
止支持させることにより該掛け板17を介して本体1に
連結し、他端部を前記蓋ロック装置20のベース部材2
1に掛止支持させることにより該ベース部材21を介し
て蓋9に連結しており、斯かる構成にて蓋9に開放力を
与えている。
